Which ninja seems to have the sharpest mind on the battlefield?

I would have to say for me is the yellow flash of konoha. He's quick and decisive so that's my guess.

Ugh tbh I cant decide just one but out of the ones you can choose I'd say: Shikamaru/Minato and Itachi. Minato and Itachi both have WAAAAY more skill than Shikamaru but to put it in a simple way he IS a genius and therefore has a sharp mind imo.

Don't forget that currently, Shikaku is the stand in Head of the Alliance since A is out on the field. Shikamaru is Gaara's proxy.
Either of the Nara Clan dudes are sharper than the current Kages.
