its already been stated that the uchiha and the seju were the 2 strongest clans both decendent of the sage of six path but to say who is stronger is impossible becuse it all comes down to the individual ninja there were clearly senju who killed uchiha and unchiha who killed senju and even tho the first hokage defeated madara dosnt mean the senju were stronger jus that the first came out on top during their fight and that dosnt even mean he was strongr then madara jus that he came out on top that day if u watch real fight and bear with me i know that this is a cartoon not reality but if u watch fights 2 of the same people can fight countless time one wins one day the other wins the next day so in closing my statement hereagain i beleive that they are equal and it comes down to the individual

Senju for a couple of reasons:

- SO6P chose Senju brother.
- Hashirama defeated madara
- Uchiha can only obtain great power by killing their own clansmen, senju don't need to do this
- Being an uchiha doesn't even mean you will awaken a regular sharingan, it is considered rare in the uchiha clan. The only guaranteed thing you get by being an uchiha is black hair and powerful chakra.

kabuto told him that he knew about the rinnegan, and said that it's the next step after sharingan, he then said him and oro did studies and came up with an hypothesis, this implies that he and oro knew how for an uchiha to get rinnegan.

despite this, madara still didn't know that kabuto knew that he possessed the senju cells, even though him and oro knew how it was achieved. he didn't know til kabuto told him later.

this is jus my opinion i am new to this site but have been a huge naruto fan sice i was younger .....i dont think madara needed senju dna he said himself he developed the rinnigan at the end of their fight and although he stole his dna during that fight i doubt he got a chance to make it part of himself until later ....but i do think u need senju dna for certain moves like izanagi

it doesnt make much sense since the older brother had a mutation himself and not a true rinnegan. the Rinngegan Madara has looks just like the sage, not the older brothers.
Besides madara did have the 1st Cells, hence the "i unlocked these eyes shortly after my death", why didnt he unlock it before he had the 1st Cells.


but to answer your question i would go with the Senju clan, as everyone in that clan was filled with great physical engery why the uchia it was rare to get a sharigan and EVEN rarer to achieve a MS. as only 5 out of the whole clan to achieve this.
