Umm...Senju can't unlock the rinnegan. They only recieved the Sot6P's Body. Not his eyes. Madara (an Uchiha who got the Sot6P's eyes)unlocked the rinnegan not by getting Senju DNA you know. The Manga only said he gained a portioned of Hashirama's strength.
