Ok I have to outright say it I guess.
-Zoro is overrated.
-Zoro's endgame is Mihawk. Therefore he has to be overrated to match Zoro.
-Vista fought with Zoro's endgame Mihawk to a stalemate, thus he automatically has to be overrated otherwise Mihawk doesn't look good in turn making Zoro not look good.
They're linked to each other thanks to Zoro.

Whaaaa-haahahahahaha-at? This makes the least sense of all things that don't make sense in this section.
You know, or, OR, Mihawk is actually at the level you think he's being overrated to, and Zoro is overrated to a level he's not at yet, but will eventually reach and surpass on his way to Mihawk's level. This logic that Mihawk must be overrated because Zoro is overrated and Mihawk is his endgame makes no sense.
By this logic, Whitebeard is overrated because Ace killing him was once Ace's endgame, and Ace is overrated by some fans.

I would have to say BB and his crew. He got defeated by a half deaf WB and went on to become a Tonio. His subordinate couldn't even defeat diamante to win the flare flare fruit that he so desires.

The shortcomings of Teach's subordinates shouldn't reflect on Teach's power. By this logic, Luffy is only as strong as Usopp is weak.
No it makes perfect sense. Mihawk is constantly being put ahead of the other Yonkou because "Zoro should surpass Rayleigh, and Prime Rayleigh is stronger than today's Admirals/Yonkou, and since Zoro's final battle is Mihawk, Mihawk should atleast be on Prime Rayleigh's level"
Its pretty simply. You can be overrated it doesn't mean you're weak. Even Gol D Roger is overrated.

He's put past Rayleigh and on Yonko level because he's the World's Strongest Swordman. All that bullshit about Ray is bullshit, but Mihawk is on the level of the Yonko, currently stronger than Shanks by portrayal, so he is above at least one of the other Yonko and Admirals. Just because their reasoning for it is BS doesn't mean the conclusion, and therefore Mihawk's level, is.

People treat Mihawk like he is in the top 3 just because of his title. I think if I made a list he probably wouldn't make it in the top 10. Still plenty of people who can kick his ass without a sword. And all the yonkou are 4 of them.
In my opinion Luffy also will never be the kind of yonkou that Whitebeard or Big Mom are. Icons that carry their fleet on their own. Luffy is someone who can beat anybody but has to have help from a lot of nakama to do it. Which is a more impressive power, and Mihawk recognized that in the war. But I don't think Luffy an crew will ever have the absolute strength of the this generation yonkou.
So Zoro also isn't surpassing a 'yonkou' level foe in the final match. Mihawk is just not there. Mihawk is probably the #1 of the super strong people tier but can't enter the god tier.

Luffy/Kidd/Law/Zoro/Coby/Smoker are the generation that are going to either surpass Roger's, or be on par with them. They will 100% be stronger than the current Yonko and the current Admirals.
Furthermore, the "help from a lot of Nakama to do it".. Mihawk recognized it in the sense, that he will make a huge amount of allies, that will end up screwing up the world government. Which is already true. Luffy since the start of the manga, has always beaten the in a 1 vs 1, without any help from his nakama.
Its really laughable to claim Mihawk is below the Yonko.
nah. They don't have to surpass them. Definitely not all of them (Coby, Smoker etc.) are gonna be doing it. And why do we speak like characters are tied to a generation. Power levels fluctuate, I'm sure Kaido would be just fine in WB and Rogers generation.
Shanks' portrayal is above Mihawk's but ok.
Regardless point still stands. They are linked. Vista is the perfect example of a character overrated for no real reason.
