When you compare Naruto to Sasuke, Kurama SHOULD be excluded.

Sasuke's EMS wouldn't b possible without Itachi's eyes.... That's not his natural ability and therefore is an outside source, comparable to Kurama...
Plus, they're both rarely compatible for each of their own 'outside sources'... And it said n tha last manga that tha perfect s'susanno (however u correctly spell) can only b challenged by a bijuu form thing...
I suspect somehow both sasuke and naruto will perfect each of their respective crafts, and polish up these monster abilities, by tha time they square off......
They are both fairly matched...... Fin.

Okay Sasuke Fanboys.. he's the cold hard truth.. Naruto doesn't get a hell of a lot weaker without Kyuubi. To contain Kurama, he has to have a chakra pool the size of an ocean in lament's terms. He has always had the potential to be as powerful as Sasuke, and vice-versa. Sasuke has the same potential, but Sasuke needs to pull his head out of his @$$ if he wants to reach his full potential. Anger can only get you so far, and that's a lesson Kishi is trying to teach here. Back to the point.. Sasuke will never be seen (By the majority.) as the better of the two. Equal maybe, but not better.

Naruto would have taken out sasuke at the falls. If not for sasukes added chakra in the form of the curse mark and naruto holding back as not to kill sasuke. kurama is not an uzamaki ability. Didn't I say that? And sasuke awekened his MS after he learned the truth . It was never given to him.

Although the MS/EMS is in the uchiha bloodline, it is irrelevant to fight with your arguement. Were it not for the fact that sasuke had implanted itachi's eyes into himself, he would more than likely have lost his eyesight due to extended use. Do we take that into consideration when using your logic?

Curse Seal,ms,ems.... yes every uchiha can obtain ms/ems. But not through their own power/chakra, a minimum of 1 other has to be involved. So 90% of techs Sas currently uses are gone.

Also it was stated that Oro had been giving Sasu drugs for a boost. So add that to the list.

This notion had some substance back when Naruto couldn't control Kurama. Even then to be objective you'd need to class Naruto twice.

Now, today: you must include Kurama. Naruto completely and utterly controls that power. Just like his parents, and the author, intended. Kurama doesn't do any fighting, he just loans chakra.
By that logic exclude EMS from Sasuke or whatever he'll get from Orochimaru's scroll.

No No No, what I mean is that ems still uses chakra itself from the user. EMS meant to be acquired like that. So far sasuke has not acquired any new ability, just the ability to use MS without chakra drainage. That is all. Make sense? its still a internal source, and requires chakra only from the user and the user himself.
