Now, focus on your desired area on the battlefield. Once you have decided a location, focus on that only while manipulating your wind chakra creating a little tornado. However the tornado will immediatly start to pick up all raindroplets in the area, and continue growing and pick up the rest of the raindroplets on the field, whereafter it will suck down the clouds themselves.
Basically it's like a tidal wave, it grows over longertime, just like a tornado as well. Basically ccreate infront of yourself and jump back allowing it grow whilst going at your opponent. It will grow fast and travel fast. It's power is devasting. @_@

In that spot i convert the wind chakra into miniature tornado that speeds up as it moves toward the cliff. The tornado pulls in the rain and air around it with great power, growing rapidly as it does. It even pulls in the rainclouds in the sky and continues to grow exponentially into a giant vortex of water and wind before striking the cliff and completely leveling it with hardly any resistance*

Nonetheless, using this I want you to form several dragons from the clouds, which you then descend crashing into your opponent. Each turn they can emit a spiralling rain spear, due htem being filled with rain. So they can be used as a water source as well.

Now, manipulate the skies to drop down to ground level, around you and your opponent, whereafter you cause them to spin high speeds around you, creating somewhat of a vortex, leaving no exit out of this dome. Also raindroplets fall somewhat reverse within this, they fall sideways. The clouds can still be used as an alternative source of water.
*i imbue the clouds above me with chakra allowing me to control them and pull them down close to the ground. i have the outer edge of these clouds lower all the way to the ground, giving them a kind of dome shape around us. Then i manipulate the clouds to spin clockwise with increasing velocity until the raindrops fall sideways due to being flung by the speed of the clouds which are now trap us inside the dome.*

By the description of the technique, rain technique here, doubles the damage for Rain techniques. Ouch, I say!
Now,
Manipulate a couple of skies to fall down and surround you, protecting you from any incoming attack. Lightning would of course, be lethal though.

Minor note; By the description, it says it will cut the damage half. Seems a bit iffy, as the lightning would discharge with the liquids in the cloud. However since it's also in contact with you, it would still damage you. I guess the discharge limits the damage actually dealt by the lightning technique.

Now recall back, when you got taught the umbrella jutsu. I want you to use that, and once done so, start changing the properties of the rain, within the clouds. Change the properties so, that the rain becomes like acid. The umbrella will protect you.

*i form a few handseals and hold my hand up, creating invisible umbrella above my head. Then i spread chakra through the clouds to manipulate the chemical composition of the water held within, making the rain acidic. As it is falling i am shielded by the umbrella but any kind of plant life around begin to slowly wither away and frail parts of the ground dissolve due to the acid rain eating it away*
I thought this jutsu was one of those that don't affect the user. Makes sense why it does though.

Before it does however, i gather the rain into the form of a trident like i've done before except this one freezes solid and falls from the sky. i catch the trident and jab a nearby boulder a few times, piercing it as the trident remains in tact.*
