Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Perform these and hold out your hand as you were holding an umbrella. In conjuction with that, you of course via the usage of normal chakra manipulation, forge an umbrella to shield you from the rain. It's invisible.

*i perform the handseals and hold out my hand above me like i'm holding an umbrella while releasing chakra from it into the air above me. I then manipulate it into a shape similar to an actual umbrella while it becomes more focused. It manifests as a transparent barrier above me that prevents water from passing through it, shielding me from the rain*

I should use this all the time. Have i been standing in the rain for hours now? #_#

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Now, focus your chakra on the raindroplets coming down. Before they really leave the clouds, revert their fall, causing to rise up into the skies. High enough causing the droplets to freeze whereafter they come falling down, as a sort of net, made out of ice upon the target.

*I focus my chakra in the clouds, specifically the raindrops ready to fall from the cloud. When they are about to leave the cloud i manipulate the raindrops and push them higher in the atmosphere where it is colder. Once they begin to freeze i arrange the raindrops into the form of a large net that falls from the sky, trapping a couple of conveniently placed deer*

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique

Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Similar to what you did before. I want you to do the same procces, however instead, have them formed as daggers.

Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Basically the same procedure over again, however simply have the rain droplets turn to ice, and target them at your opponent as they fall, bombarding them with hail. You can target them at your opponent via the usage of chakra.

*i create a few clones running around as targets and imbue the water in the clouds with chakra. Manipulating the water droplets, i have them rise to the point of freezing into hail before using the chakra within them to direct their fall towards each of the clones and nowhere else, bombarding them with hail until they disperse*

Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

NOw slam both your palms onto the ground, releasing an omnidirectional wave of chakra throughout the field. Using this chakra, cause all nearby water ponds, puddles, etc. To get launched back into the rain clouds, replenishing them.

Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

*^Shows a row of hand signs* Perform these and open your palm in the rain. With your chakra, gather raindroplets into that size of an orb. Once formed, compress it and run at your opponent. Launch your palm forth with the orb and just before it hits or as it hits, make it explode outwards pushing him back.

*i perform the handseals hold up my palm to the sky. Then i spread my chakra around my arm which catches raindrops and manipulates them to gather in one spot in my palm in the form of an orb. Then i have chakra surround the orb and compress it to a small size before i run at a nearby boulder and hit it with the orb. On contact i have the orb expand all at once and blast apart the boulder in an explosion*

Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Using shape manipulation i form many sharp needles out of the raindrops and control them to move towards a group of birds in a tree and pierce them all individually, making them drop out of the tree*

btw if i have water as my specialty can i perform rain jutsu with one handseal too?

Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

Manipulate some of the rain high up, forming the droplets into a pillar of water having the radius of four meters. By focusing on a point on the ground, you can make it descend to desired location. Upon making impact with the ground, it will dissolve itself creating omnidirectional shockwaves, capable of pushing objects aside, and such as dealing blunt damage to your targets.

The pillar then dissolves and spreads outward like a shockwave, scattering the tree's remains*

Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

Just like the rain dagger technique I taught you earlier, this time simply form a trident it itself place instead. They have the same functionalities, besides this weapon of choice is longer in reach, however else they carry the same traits, such as expanding doing extra damage, after a succesfull cut.
