Thanks for the opportunity Gobi-sensei. I'll try to get strait to the point with my explanation.
Rain Release originated from Amegakure and fundamentally involves the creation of rain clouds and manipulation of falling rain using chakra. It is weak against earth since rain is basically water. Also, wind could blow away the rain clouds.

Yosh, and we will be going through techniques which includes the usage of wind, to cause the water to take ice-form. Well, turn into ice. Nonetheless, let's begin.

Both. But that's not of importance, the latter is though. This is the first technique, by pouring your chakra into nearby water droplets, shape make them levitate mid-air and form a small sort of bullet out of the raindrops. Then sent it at your target, that is what just happened. That is what I just did. O_O Now do it to me. *Forwards my chest*

*i walk to my previous position and place my arms in front of me, palms forward. I focus my chakra into the water droplets near my hands to have them levitate and gather in the form of a small sphere. Then i thrust my arms to you smoothly and launch the sphere at your chest*

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique

Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

Recall back on when you got taught Syrup field (C-ranked water jutsu.), and use the same concept in the following technique. By changing the properties of the raindroplets(Around your opponent), make them get a sticky property, thus sticking to their oppoenent like glue which will restrict their movement. As in jump, walk around and run, and so on.

*i create a shadow clone who walks away from me. Then i focus my chakra into the rain droplets around and above him, concentrating on changing the composition of the water into a thick, viscous liquid to restrict him so he can't move forward*

Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

Create a reflecting image of yourself in the raindroplets by using your chakra. Doing so you will be creating a ''clone'' somewhat. It will mimic your every move, and mainly works as a distraction as it can't do harm, and if hit it will simply splash into nothingness.

With some adjustments i get the reflection to look believable enough to fool someone. I walk around a bit and jump to make sure the reflection doesn't mess up as i move*

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone

Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

The next is a dynamic henge no jutsu. Meaning that well.. It's dynamic. <.< After performing a row of hand-seals, use Henge, taking on a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal you. Basically if one was looking at you, and when you finished the hand sign it will seemingly have seen if you just dissappeared.
