lol As much as I hate to say it, Hinata will probably be even more irrelevant in Bolt's story than in Naruto's. Kishi didn't even give either kids Byakugan, despite both Bolt and Himawari having names that were inspired by the Hyuga, so it's a clear middle finger to any sort of relevance she'll have in the mini series, which is at best gonna be 20 chapters. So yeah, highly doubt she'll be doing anything in that series.

The fact that Hinata was given that title does point to her being special, just like it is with Naruto and his title of Child of Prophecy.
Being someone's child doesn't give you their chakra, so no. Alas, the Hyuga were never said to inherit his chakra, just his blood [ei being his descendants].
Energy vessel can only be destroyed by Hamura's descendants, not strictly those who have his chakra. So no, saying why wasn't he shocked when he saw her trying to destroy the Tenseigan weapon is a fail point.
And since he brought it up, the fact that Hinata was able to refill Naruto's chakra pool? Even more evidence she received chakra from Hamura, as her chakra levels were never anywhere near as much as KCM Naruto's.
And I still haven't gotten any good counter argument as to why her chakra was purple. I mean, that ALONE is enough proof to say she received chakra from another person.

The power of her techniques shot up to the point she was able to deflect juibi's tail with small amount of BM naruto's chakra. Hamura's should have the same if not greater effect.

Toneri also had Hamura's powers, along with the Tensiegan, which grants abilities on par with rennigan and BSM, while Hinata only had the former. So it's not much of argument to ask why she was unable to fight him one her own. I'll also mention that Hinata had no intention of killing/fighting Toneri but merely destroying the Energy Vessel.
Also, applying Naruto/Sasuke's situation to Hinata's doesn't make sense at all, given that anyone with a clear sense of powerscaling can tell Madara was incredibly nerfed at that point.
And yet, here I sit, with no answer from you are anyone as to why her chakra was purple, why her chakra pool was so huge all of a sudden, and why she herself said she has Hamura's chakra.

If you believe she didn't, answer me why her chakra was purple, why she siad she has Hamura's chakra, and why her chakra levels were large enough to replinsh Naruto's.
Must I repeat myself? Toneri also had Hamura's powers along with the Tenseigan.

- She said she has Hamura's chakra because she has it, along with all Hyuugas and all Otsutsuki.
When Naruto and her were about to destroy the Tenseigan, she prevented Naruto from attacking it, because she explicitly said that only a person with Hamura's blood was able to touch it, other way Naruto would have had his chakra extracted, just like the powers of Toneri that almost killed him.

But Naruto doesn't have Hamura's blood, so if we take the requirement Hinata stated too literal, Naruto even with borrowed Hamura's chakra from Hinata should't have been able to attack the Tenseigan.

Besides, since she said "only someone with Hamura's blood can touch it", it means she is not the only one, every Hyuuga and Otsutsuki can.
Also, this explains why Hinata could stop Toneri from draining Naruto's chakra. Since she used her chakra on Naruto, the draining effect should stop, the very same way it worked when they destroyed the Tenseigan together.You must be registered for see images
- If you are using Toneri's surprise reaction when Hinata transferred chakra to Naruto, you should also consider the fact that no one, and i mean not even one single person, not even herself, found that the color or the amount of her chakra out of place. And that alone should be the end of this fanfic.
- When Naruto and Sasuke gained Hagoromo's chakra, a seal appeared in their hands. And that is pretty clear, chakra from gods and bijuus, curses, etc. are always sealed in a specific part of the body with a characteristic mark.
Hinata didn't get a seal, so even if she did got chakra transferred from Hamura, after using it, It will disappear for ever, like the cloak every shinobi got from the Kyuubi in war arc.
- I have seen post of you claiming Sasuke's chidori changed of color after receiving the Six Path Sage power up. The thing is he already have performed techniques with that color, such us Enton or Amaterasu, even cursed-seal chidori. So even if his chidori changed when using the chakra from the seal, It didn't change the color of his chakra network, I mean his base chakra, which is exactly the thing that changed in Hinata if we consider the blue chakra she showed in the anime.
- If we go by colors:
- Naruto has never performed a yellow FRS ever.
- Hinata's hair is darker than the anime and the manga.
- Naruto's cloak has a different design.
- Lee's skin didn't get red or darker after opening 6 gates, and neither his teammates.

So this would confirm that the anime is not a good source to determine anyone's chakra color, and that you are really biased.
- Hinata never used her "new powers" offensively, even when she had the chance.
Toneri grabbed her from her hair and put her in a jail, pulled her ass with his powers in the Tenseigan chamber, had trouble fighting puppets, tripped 2 times, and was the only one that had to be saved from the giant Hamura golem attack.
So, or her powers are incredibly limited, or she didn't get powers at all.
- I don't understand why you continue stating that Hinata's chakra reserves are greater in The Last.
If we deny all my arguments, and we consider the possibility that Hinata did received Hamura's powers, she only restored one cloak... One cloak makes you have a bigger pool of chakra? The Kyuubi in war arc provided thousands of cloaks at the same time, that is a lot. But one? Seriously?
Look, this is the way I see it, the novel will definitely make it clearer for all.
I am not trying to convince you of anything, believe what you want, but I am not buying this theory until the novel make it canon.

Madara Indra transmigrant—Chakra Blue
Even after gaining Ashura’s Chakra from Hashirama cells…his Chakra was still Blue
Sasuke Indra transmigrant—Chakra Purple
Kyuubi—Chakra+Kyuubi’s Will/hatred=Red
Kyuubi—Chakra no will=Yellow
In the anime…even while using Kyuubi chakra mode Rasenshuriken isn’t Yellow/Orange…why is it in the Last?
Hinata’s chakra pool is unknown…on the one hand one could say she recharged Naruto, but on the other it could be said that she simply stopped Toneri from draining him.
