what's your workout routine

pullups-max reps
squats-20 to 30 reps
push ups-20 to 30 reps
lunges-10 to 15 reps each leg
abs-choice optional- 50 reps
cardio-optional(sometimes jogs, other jumping jacks, better a mix of both- 10minutes

and..i have to do the routine 3 times, so 3 sets for each

and whe i feel confident of what ive achieved, ima change to a 20 min. circuit workout>>>

push ups-max in 1 minute
squats-" "
pull ups-" "
jog- 3 minutes
military press- max in 1 minute
lunges-max in 1 min. each leg
bicep curls-max in 1 min.
jog-3 minutes
tricept extensions-max in 1 minute
squats-" "
lunges-" "
situps-max in 2 minutes
crunches-" "
then stretch

my back and chest are the same as yours except i dont do flys no more cuz i dont think it builds the chest as much as the front deltoids. i changed it with guillotine press.

great routine tho.
how long do you workout each day? i do about 1 hour max

Yeah, I'm pretty much still doing this type of workout except I changed 90% of the exercises lol. Didn't wanna type out the new exercises so I copy/paste from the site I got the original from.

Uh, I would say my max is an hour and half. Some days just take awhile for me.

my chest routine is usually:

(8-12) reps 3 sets except pushup
Incline dumbbell press
flat bench barbel press
guillotine press
Pec dec
diamond pushup to failure

that's my favorite routine out of all

what's yours?

No need for this if you just walk 10 miles a day and eat right

My routine consists of maybe a dozen or two pullups and those "Raise my knees up to my chin in the pull up position" for my abs. Aside from a hike up the mountain on my property every other day its pretty much it. Oh and followed by hot wings, cold bud light, tequilla, and maybe some pizza rolls for the gas station for my "cool down"

I like the cool down, the best.
