my chest routine is usually:

(8-12) reps 3 sets except pushup
Incline dumbbell press
flat bench barbel press
guillotine press
Pec dec
diamond pushup to failure

that's my favorite routine out of all

what's yours?

lol im in the army gots to stay in shape but i do all that and a couple other things in 2 hours

i actually dont do a lot in jim accept:
50 push up
50 sit up and the usuall stuff.

but i very recommend on swiming i swim 3 times a week and its make u an excellent body.
also i go to self defense class (blue belt) but nothing is as good as swiming

im a swimmer back then and yea it's the best cardio plus it's fun , better than running

blue belt is 2 before black in my country (i dont know if its diffrent in others)

all those sit ups aint really necessary, but yea thats a bit too much

Step #1- Find puppy
Step #2- Find Stick
Step #3- Chase puppy while puppy has stick

Step 1: Wake up

Step 2: walk alllll the way down the hall to the bathroom.

step 3: walk allllll the way to the kitchen and grab a snack for breakfast.

step 4: walk allllllllll the way back to my bedroom.

Step 5: sit at my computer until ready to go back to sleep.

this routine keeps me fit and healthy. Sometimes I mix it up and sit on the couch in front of a PS3 and do serious thumb workouts.

my back and chest are the same as yours except i dont do flys no more cuz i dont think it builds the chest as much as the front deltoids. i changed it with guillotine press.

great routine tho.
how long do you workout each day? i do about 1 hour max

Take Husky For A run around A 3KM loop ( and I mean run little shit won't let me Jog ) come home do sets of pushups and situps.
