forearm workout and a lil bit of cardio

pullups-max reps
squats-20 to 30 reps
push ups-20 to 30 reps
lunges-10 to 15 reps each leg
abs-choice optional- 50 reps
cardio-optional(sometimes jogs, other jumping jacks, better a mix of both- 10minutes
and..i have to do the routine 3 times, so 3 sets for each
my back and chest are the same as yours except i dont do flys no more cuz i dont think it builds the chest as much as the front deltoids. i changed it with guillotine press.
great routine tho.
how long do you workout each day? i do about 1 hour max
my chest routine is usually:
(8-12) reps 3 sets except pushup
Incline dumbbell press
flat bench barbel press
guillotine press
Pec dec
diamond pushup to failure
that's my favorite routine out of all
what's yours?
No need for this if you just walk 10 miles a day and eat right
