No, I think only an Uchiha could. Pain's bodies can summon something each, Sharingan is not a summoning, it is something physical Uchihas have.

Exactly what I was about to post! The rinnegan can do ALL THE JUTSU THERE IS!!! No need for the sharingan, he can cast the same jutsu with his eyes.
