if Obito & Shisui were brothers this would explain many things~

Shunin no Shisui with the strongest Genjutsu out there
Obito with a S/T Technique that would fit into Shisuis Nickname, and controlling a Jinchuriki with a Genjutsu were Shisui would fit perfectly~
