Gai used the air to attack, but that's because he was strong enough that he could punch the air and the momentum of his punches would make the air a weapon, he wasn't air bending, he was just punching so hard the air could kill people.

@Bold, false, it was due to the speed of his punches......

Re: What shinobi has the most physical strength after naruto/ootsutsuki/jinchuriki?

No , it doesn't.
Where does it say the byakugo -doesn't- raise the strength?

it says it heals w/ stored chakra.

it doesn't have to state a *negative.
where does it say it -doesn't- make them immune to genjutsu?

either way, its a medical jutsu. not a power-up

& even if U weren't referring to a mistranslation, there is still no given canonical mechanism for such a thing(power up) in the manga.
i.e it doesn't matter at all, what the databook even says

but the manga says differently, so...

The manga says nothing about it, however after releaing the seal, Tsunade was able to shatter Madara's V1 and later she was able to blitz one of his clones. In the end, she was the only one who reacted to his fireballs. So by feats her 'might' ( as the databook says ) increased.

You said the manga said otherwise. Which it didn't .

It wasn't mentioned ,but it didn't change that the DB mentioned it does both heal (regeneration) and it raises power.

It is important when it analyze or describe a technique .

super punches existed before she did that

that is such zealous bull***(key word: clone)

but you're free to have your own interpretation, but yeah, no its a healing jutsu

It wasn't mentioned ,but it was mentioned in DB that it is both for healing (regeneration) and it raises power.
no, the proper context of it has been lost or taken during translation. I believe it was a reference to the sustained physical endurance

it wasn't mentioned, becuz it doesn't exist.

No, the databook literally has no relevance at all.
the manga describes everything beforehand, either explicitly or thru osmosis.

What shinobi has the strongest physical strength?
GUY because he´s the strongest without using any chakra just pure physical strength, a lot will say tsunade but tsunade actually infuses her chakra to be more physically stronger but if guy uses chakra to increase his physical strength we get 8 gates guy who completely obliterates tsunade so guy sensei

I now believe the Tsunade's kind of strength would be Might, and is completely different the Strength in discussion here.

That said, strength automatically means many things:
* If you're strong, you have muscle power.
* If you have muscle power, you're also fast.
* And you have better protection from attacks taken head-on.

That means, the one with the strongest physical strength would also have:
1. Strong punches.
2. High speed, but not necessarily agility.
3. High endurance.

Potential Contenders:
Might Gai: very strong punches, high speed, high agility, and above average endurance.
Rock Lee: strong punches, high speed, high agility, and average endurance.
Naruto: very strong punches, highest speed, highest agility, and highest endurance (without self-healing).
Tsunade: strongest punches, average speed, high agility, and above average endurance (very high, if we consider self-healing).
Sakura: very strong punches, average speed, high agility, and average endurance (high, if we consider self-healing).
2nd Raikage: very strong punches, very high speed, above average agility, very high endurance.
Hashirama: very strong punches, very high speed, very high agility, very high endurance. (all due to sage mode)

Considering all that, we can rank them:

1. Naruto
2. Hashirama
3. 2nd Raikage
4. Might Gai
5. Tsunade
6. Sakura
7. Rock Lee
