Funny, because the title of the thread is "who has the strongest physical strength" not "who can maintain themselves longest." You've got to be kidding me about releasing all the chakra. Nothing in the manga implies that such a thing is possible. That's like me saying Naruto can use up all his Rikkudo chakra at once to make an attack that could wipe out a continent. It's pure, baseless wank.

Gai attack was based on Speed, so when he punched Madara, THe speed in which Madara body cut through the air and build up heat, like meteors do, thus burning into the surface of the earth.
. While Sakura's object of objection was an single person, (like MAdara was) because he power is channeled in her fist , the didn't burn a hole into the ground, because she would've had to follow. So she not only punched the creature, the impact of the attack cause the ground around him to parish,Much the damage made was greater than Gai's, so don't do it.
It Sakura was to punch somebody out of the air into the ground, that is how it would look, but much worse.
Look at the derbies in comparison to the juubi clones, Gai's attack really pales in comparison.
