Kin and Gin may have beaten him, but it was together, not alone.

With Gojo Bombs he's above Minato, I added B, and people like Minato and Tobirama are already above the Raikage's general level, the only issue is actually hurting him.

I don't add them because they have no feats.

Those things can get sealed by any decent ninja before they even explode. not to mention the explosion jutsu requires you to restrain the oppoenent. Otherwise someone with hiruzens level of speed is able to get away from it. Those with contract seals make them invalid also -_-

I agree with Kakashi being irrelevant to the list. Obito possessed him. It was Obito using Kakashi as a vessel. People might as well give Kaguya's powers to Madara then, as he was also being used in a similar manner. The only difference being that Kakashi was conscious and Madara was completely taken over.

And under your argument, Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't be superior to Gai, since they got chakra from Hagaromo, so it would be Naruto/Sasuke+Hago's chakra. No, he has a very valid point. This was not even borrowed power, as we literally saw Obito's spirit rise up from the cow fodder remains and posses his body. It was not his power, not even by a long shot. You cannot even call it his power, as it was Obito's power channeling through him.
