What Ninjutsu does Neji have?

This isn't anything against Neji but the third databook gives him a 4 in ninjutsu.

and scroll down to the data book entries. Also note they list the chracters jutsu's, EVERY one is a taijutsu and Byakugan is a doujutsu. So can someone please tell me and link to any NINjutsu Neji has been shown to use.

Also on a side note how come Naruto, Sasuke and the Ino-Shika-Cho are the only K11 with a chakra nature?

Taijutsu is the complexity and form of your fighting style, while Ninjutsu has the added bonus of adding chakra or powers to your skills. Gentle Fist and 64 palms are taijutsu-based, but the rest mainly use chakra in form. So Vacuum Palm and Revolving Heaven are not taijutsu skills, but ninjutsu skills that are clan-derived.

Madara's Mullet, you're correct! Why they classified Vacuum Palm as a taijutsu I will never know. Come on, it's shooting concentrated chakra at an enemy! I hate ambiguity

plus it looks like it has wind involved you'd think he'd have a chakra nature by now, which he doesn't, like wind or something.

??? He must have more to show before Kishi killed him off, did you also notice none of the other K11 besides Naruto and Sasuke had a chakra nature until the most recent chapters when Shikamaru asked to learn a Doton?

His Jyuuken style is nintaijutsu. Kakashi or Gai said it during the preliminary matches. Neji is like A, they both use taijutsu enhanced with ninjutsu.

Those, along with Byakugan's other visual abilities (he basically sees EVERYTHING).

his ninjutsu is more like basic academy stuff like illusions, clone jutsu, transformation, which is a given in order to pass the academy. Its also stuff like shunshin jutsu, walking on walls/water or substitution jutsu which is about genin/chuunin level. Because he focuses on taijutsu almost exclusively, he pretty much only knows these jutsu but at a higher level than most people.

You know what, with all the elemental ninjutsu I completely forgot those counted as ninjutsu, clones and substitution good call guy good call. But should he be at a 4 in the databook with just that?

His focus is taijutsu, not ninjutsu. However with incorporating doujutsu - which is part of ninjutsu... he is master at taijutsu.
