What Ninjutsu does Neji have?

lol u guys got it ALL wrong

his ninjutsu is more like basic academy stuff like illusions, clone jutsu, transformation, which is a given in order to pass the academy. Its also stuff like shunshin jutsu, walking on walls/water or substitution jutsu which is about genin/chuunin level. Because he focuses on taijutsu almost exclusively, he pretty much only knows these jutsu but at a higher level than most people.

Still got soloed by a stick.

He might be well versed in his "familiarity with ninjutsu". Although 4 seems a bit high in comparison to his 4.5 in taijutsu (which he obviously strives much more in).
