what made naruto manga very popular?? is it the anime or the manga itself???


im pretty sure it's the anime cuz lets say both naruto anime and manga version are realsed at the same time...im pretty sure no one will read the Manga version and will watch it anime version...

same be said on all other mangas.. its the anime what makes poeple read the Manga...

i call the Manga "the spoiler of anime"...thus i read the Manga becuz i am forced to!!!


your thoughts plz?

The reliability, think about it a character who is below those around him and still wants to succeed, I think everybody wants to succeed in life, and Naruto was basically a guide to any kid that had something he wanted to do but couldn't. He was an underdog, everybody loves and underdog. The action was also really great, plot was incredibly deep so you got to admire the patience and dedication. All in all, I think Naruto was as good as it was because of it's predecessors, like DBZ, Yu Yu Hakushu. Kishi was also propelled through neccesity and competition both One Piece and HxH were made around the same time Naruto was.

OT: I got in into the Naruto franchise from its anime. In fact I hadn't even touched the manga till I saw the Itachi and Sasuke fight in the anime. I would say the anime for sure.

I got into the manga either when I bought an issue of Shonen Jump off of my elementary school Scholastic catalog or when I saw one of the earlier issues in a book boutique. Early part 1 was just interesting to a 10 year old.

my problem is i can only watch one of them...if i watch manga then i will 100% not care about watching its anime version,unless it contains some tobidara important scenes then i watch it for sure

Bro you don't "watch" manga you "read" it. Sorry I had to correct that, it was disturbing.

I see what you mean, once the manga spoils all of the anime's content you feel bored to read the manga. I adapted to this, I would like to read the manga and then see the action taking place with the sound effects in the anime.

Also if Tobidara highly motivates you, you need to start advertising him more and not just on this base but in other forums as well. If you do this Kishimoto will take notice of you and you won't feel disappointed anymore.
