What is the real requirement to have susanoo?

On the other hand sasuke himself said that you only need a double mangekyou to posses susanoo? Basically the manga contradicted the data book.

I also think that the data book should not be referred to anymore since I really think it is now outdated in many aspects.

Actually Itachi said that after mastering Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi he discovered the third power. And besides Sasuke has never showed that he uses Tsukuyomi specifically. He just has a genjutsu.

Sasuke did not say that. He said only those with the double Mangekyou can awaken Susano'o.
Thus both statements are true.

They were written by Kishimoto himself, and they are his explanation. Unless he explicitly changes his explanation via another databook or the manga, no other competing explanations are there.

You say that the data book is not outdated? Care to say why It states that Itachi has less chakra than kakashi when the manga has clearly proven otherwise? You do also realize that the data book is not 100% reliable like the manga?

Mastery of Amaterasu + mastery of Tsukuyomi = Susanoo.

Is tsukuyomi the genjutsu that madara used when he activated the ems on A, the same genjutsu that sasuke used when he activated the ms on danzo and bee. But in itachi's case he has gone a step further with the technique and has shown great mastery with it and can manipulate everything in that world. This could also back the fact that whilst sasuke is better with amaterasu and can use blaze release, itachi is better with tsukuyomi and can mainuplate everything in that world.

Or whether tsukuyomi is the ability to control everything in that world therefore anything else which doesnt do this isnt tsukuyomi, but rather sharingan genjutsu

It could be a Translation Error (or something), but it has to be between (1) To unlock Susanoo, one must have awaken both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. Or, (2) To unlock Susanoo, one must have mastery in both MS eyes.

Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi unlocks Susanoo, the ultimate defence.
The 2 jutsu which Shiusi got unlocks Kotoamatsukami, the ultimate genjutsu.
So on and so forth.

I believe what Sasuke used on bee was tsukyomi

If he wanted to cast a ordinary genjutsu he would have used 3 tomoe.. Instead he first activated ms then used the genjutsu, why? , well the only thing I would think of is to use a jutsu unique to the ms...
