What do u mean what is it? Just read the chapter again. Another stupid thread but caliburn won't take these down but he will take my thread down asking about Luffy queen and big mom. Preteen
Also haki was in development big time before MF, anyone saying otherwise is a downright idiot. We couldn't see the haki because Luffy hadn't learned it yet. . He couldn't see it, so neither could we

Man am I the only one who thought that Haki air blast from Rayleigh was just some basic use of the invisible CoA?
Now all of a sudden it’s a big deal? That’s kind of strange to me because there was never really any real emphasis on it.
Regardless, Luffy is getting hella powerful after all this he might as well be on Rayleighs level after all the training and CoO and CoA upgrades post Katakuri fight.
