a country should look for their people first
because they are the future
a country shouldn't want to be like those countries people are fleeing from because of money

if we take all immigrants, our countries will just look the same like theirs do

Yeah I wouldn't say nationalism is always a bad thing. It depends on the main goals or objectives of the nation. It also depends on the intentions of the people leading that nation

after that we can look at other countries, because their governement should have the same goal
property, prosperous for their people

Self preservation is also a law of nature so it's natural to want the best for your people first. I mean's if two cars are on fire and in one car was your son and the other car somebody else's child, you would save your son first. Their child can come second. I see. Makes sense. You're son is an extension of you btw that's what makes it self preservation. Same goes for a people.
