[Discussion] What in your opinion is the most serious problem with the world?

I think it's selfishness. Alotnofnthings fall under the category of being selfless. Begin selfless is being humble. That is the best character. "Having knowledge without character is like having a boat with no water". If everyone was less selfish, the world would eg a lot more advanced than how it is now. What you put out, is what you get back says Newtons Laws of Motion. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. If everyone in the world was selfless, we wouldn't even have homelessness. What's you guys opinions?

Demanding that others change for the better, I guess it could fall under selfish, but it's kinda hard
to tell if it's selfless at the same time though..

True, you' shouldn't cause a problem but you can always inform them. And leave that person with the choice to do better or not. What do you call a problem though?

But isnt non sympathy apart of being selfish? Because you could've gave sympathy but instead you chose to either leave the person there for your own reasons, or because you're too angry to even care
