The images clearly dispute that. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. In his fight with Neji, he simply called upon the chakra and was unable to heal his knuckles even. In regards to Sasuke, an entire hole in his shoulder region healed in the blink of an eye, just like with Haku. The speed and reflexes are off the charts. Sasuke reacted to that. Neji is not matching that speed as the facial features alone dispute your logic.

No one is disputing 3T's advantage here, what are you talking about? You think Neji would have reacted to that speed? Yeah right. Let's not forget that he never reacted actually, but barely used rotation to deflect Naruto. You can eve check the last image I posted in my previous post.

What? Obito could read chakra disturbance and overall network with 2T, Sasuke was able to discern the colour of the chakra even underground with 3T. This means, chakra detection advances from 2T to 3T. You are pretty incorrect here. Sharingan provides a better chakra analysis on grounds of chakra network and even chakra colour, and gives added advantage of move reading and even copying attacks. I am not disagreeing Neji was trolled by the plot, but please, don't compare Naruto to Sasuke. This is not even funny.

Fact also is, that Lee doesn't have a Sharingan, Sasuke does. So that speed advantage is huge if you add Sharingan into the mix.

When we see neji defeat lee in the manga, it's a flashback before he started his extreme training with gai. So it's really matter of speculation how neji could deal with sasuke's new movement speed. 64 palms works best against a relatively stationary target. I wonder how well neji could engage sasuke when he's moving around him at top speed.

When naruto fought sasuke he had more combat experience - that in theory allowed him to utilize the kuubi chakra more effectively in battle.

The question is, could neji's rotation block a chidori? Chidori isn't designed as a simple destructive techique like a flurry of light attacks (such as shurikens) for example. Its sole goal is penetration through even the mightiest of defenses. An example of its effectiveness was its ability to penetrate through raikage's raiton armor, despite it having the same chakra affinity.
I think that sasuke could take this if he fought smartly and was warned beforehand about neji's chakra network cutting ability, and to be cautious of his combo attack range.

When he fought neji he basically took the chakra by force and was in full control (not angry), when he fought sasuke he was forced to use it and was emotional (angry). Neji played with naruto and still defeated kyubi chakra naruto. He then got uppercutted because HE TURNED HIS BYAKUGAN OFF! Otherwise he would have won easily.

Sasuke isnt this fast nor that powerful to land an attack on neji nor defeat neji!

All the fire jutsus will be useless! His chidori would be a waste of chakra! SO it will come down to taijutsu! And nejis Taijutsu is far superior to teh 2 tomoe! 3 tomoe is his only chance to stand a chance!

From my impression of the manga, the fact that the chakra is spinning doesn't magnify it's defensive properties all that much, especially against a pin point attack like the chidori. I actually like the analogy of a spinning tire. If you throw a whole lot of spears at it, sure they'll get deflected, but if you fire a bullet, it'll break right through, because the energy of the bullet is just too great for the material of the tire to stop, or maintain any form of friction. The fact that the tire was spinning is irrelevant, the bullet makes it through to the interior without the spin really changing at all.

In the databook Nejis speed was equal to sasukes in DB1. (and db1 included everything right up part 1 naruto half), in DB2 (databook 2) he is equal to ROCK LEE!!! That includes all of naruto part 1 before shippuden is shown. That means Curse mark 1 and curse mark 2, 5 gates lee etc etc And in the recent Databook both sasuke and neji are finally tied again. And this is the fast sasuke that fought Itachi btw. (facts from kishi btw).

How does that disprove my points and prove yours? 2T doesn't provide move-prediction window? Are you serious? That is why Obito was able to dodge all of that Jounins attacks, or Sasuke reacting to Haku's speed to save Naruto?

Look at Obito's maneuvers in regards to dodge window in 2T against a Jounin -

In fact, Sasuke was even able to react to Haku's movements without the Sharingan. This is a testament to his normal speed. So how exactly is Neji hitting Sasuke, when his chakra flow is seen for Rotation and vacuum palm attacks? His moves depict a window for dodge? Neji is a great ninja, but Sasuke is just better and his additonal skills in Shurikenjutsu and Ninjutsu provide for move move-set compared to Lee who has to move in for the attack, like always.

Sasuke lost to Lee. However compared to Lee at the time, Neji was far more superior. I know the A<B, B<C, then A<C logic doesn't work in the narutoverse but Neji was trolled like crazy. Sasuke copying Neji wouldn't be too useful mostly because he can't see the chakra pathway system with his sharingan. I think Neji shuts down Sasuke's chakra and the fight is over.

At the CHUNNIN exams. At the Chunnin Exams, Sasuke managed to surpass Lee and he also became as fast or even faster than Lee, not to say he has Sharingan and Chidori.
Lee lost against Gaara.
Sasuke could defeat Normal Gaara, but Gaara needed Shukaku to take control on him.

Shukaku > Sasuke > Gaara > Lee
