What do you like to do when you are really angry??

I usually bottle it up until I snap and all hell breaks loose. My first impulse is to throw something and so I've done, most times. I've thrown from heavy hair combs to fruit. Heels and pillows. Pretty much anything that's within my reach.

Maybe I shouldn't be proud about it but my aim's gotten really good.

I don't get angry that often so don't get the wrong impression about me being a violent person u.u I usually get my rage out playing volleyball anyway
