what the hell are you talking about? go through history and find me one "legal" assassination. if it was legal it wouldn't be called assassination. why do you think assassinations are done secretly with the country that was behind the assassination usually always denying it? if assassinations were legal they wouldn't be considered acts of war. go send someone over to assassinate officials in russia or china and see what happens. ninjas were feudal oppressors. they went around gathering information and killing whoever thier warlords didnt like. maybe your to young to get that? and i already told you, it doesnt matter if gaara made the decision to attack konoha. he was apart of the village that did it. just like driving robbers to a bank to do a job. but then someone flattens the tires and the robbers have to find another ride. he was still there and he was still in on it. and what does gaara getting his village to like him have to do with anything i've said. this is about sasuke and the reality how ninjas actually work. whether or not gaara passed out lollipops to local kids has nothing to do with anything. and why is sasuke going to be patriotic. what has konoha done for him besides kill off his clan? you want to talk about mass murder? how about genocide? what did konoha help him with? they forced his people to a corner in the village. they threw kunais at the uchiha symbol. they killed them off then took thier eyes. yeah i cant see why sasuke wouldnt be all lets go konoha after finding that out....ninjas are assassins their are no good guy assassins. you want to tell someone to go find links to pages. how about finding the link to a page that has a good guy assassin. i dont know how many times i have to say it. konoha felt they needed to kill the uchihas. sasuke feels that he needs to kill konoha. konoha went to drastic measures to accomplish thier goal. so will sasuke. go watch the history channel or something. go look up warring ninja clans. tell me which ones are the ones the commit the so called "crimes" against the other clans. they're ninjas, kill or be killed.

Well i cant say legal but government sponsored wld be better term. Also doesnt modern countries also go about or went killing other people they dont like? America, Palestine, Israel are fine examples. Will u called them murderers? No as they have national defense and interests in concern. rivalry between countries is always tolerated. Not individual acts of violence. If a countries Shinobi is asked to kill the enemy Shinobi by his higher ups, is the Shinobi responsible or the one who gave the orders?
Also Uchiha planned to Kill an nearly entire village and would have cause a war that wld kill still many many more people. So is that not be considered? There are peaceful ways to get respect too.
Also did i support Danzo in any way? He is too is a criminal he should be punished along with the elders.
Also in what logic does the other people in konoha are responsible for Uchiha Massacre?
If robbers rob a bank, but later return all the money and give themselves up to the law along with extra recompense, the matter is settled then. Suna attacked Konoha and repented and paid for that by gining their entire country up to Konoha's judgement.
A country in exchange of a country is fair, but i dont see how a single life equals to an entire village.Also Gaara was following orders so those who give orders are responsible, but whose orders are Sasuke following? His own, so he himself is responsible.
Also if u want a good guy Ninja see Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Choji etc how many evil things did they do? This is not real world its Narutoverse.
Whatever way u look at it, Sasuke is a proclaimed and wanted criminal in Narutoverse and u cant do anything about it. Not to mention that he is morally evil too, look at what he did to Karin, a girl who always helped him and saved his life on multiple occasions.
PLUS HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO SAY ITS NARUTOVERSE NOT A REAL WORLD!!!!!!! THERE ARE PARTS OF REAL WORLDS IN NARUTOVERSE BUT NARUTOVERSE IS NEVER IN REAL WORLD!!!!!!!!!

lol you make a good point. But under certain duress these exceptions can be made and debated. Such as self defense, orders from higher up, ect.
So none of these charges would EVER hold up in court. For example
- Tobi kidnapped him and ordered him to kidnap and murder. He did this in order to protect himself and his team against a superior threat.
- Now about him wanting to destroy the leaf he has made numerous threats but has not acted.
- Danzo was not a hokage but a "elected" replacement for the disabled 5th. He rigged the vote, and this lead Danzo to have some political power. He was also leading an radicalized illegal militant group that acted more like a terrorist group instead of a government sanctioned military. So sasuke
But what if he hurt karin to help her?
Tobi was watching, he needed to gain his trust. He told karin not to move (so as not to kill her, only wound her) Plus he knew sakura was there because of the sharengun, just in time to heal karin and convince tobi to take the body of danzo.

2. Kumogakure- assault on bee- engaged in a fight with raikage- criminal
3. Sunagakure- remained for three years with oro who killed the kazekage- most likely will regard as criminal
4. Konohagakure- missing-nin - only reason was not hunted cause of tsunade
5. Kirigakure- mizukage doesnt care about his life, considers him akatsuki- tried to kill him- most likely will do it again if she gets another chance
6. Iwagakure- same thing tsuchikage tried to kill him and would do it again if he gets a chance
so unless naruto goes around begging for forgiveness for sasuke he will remain a criminal and ppl will seize every chance to kill him U_U

Sasuke cld have escaped when when Tobi let his go to capture Bee, or explained his situation to Bee and asked for protection. Bee is understanding enough. Plus Tobi didnt force Sasuke he offered a reward for it.
He was trespassing into the Kage summit, where he was not supposed to be. If he wanted to capture Danzo he could have got him while he was traveling, like the ninja's who went to assassinate him but got killed instead.
Killing Danzo probaly wont count as Danzo was himself a criminal at that moment.
Yes then he tried to kill Sakura herself so that a dead Sakura wld heal Karin. Not to mention the fact that we are not sure if Sasuke knew Sakura's healing powers untill she told him. Also note the fact Sharingan cant see distant things or see the future, and Sakura arrived quite a little later Karin was stabbed.
Also Danzo was his personal enemy, it has nothing to do with getting Tobi's trust. Plus he abandoned Karin, Segetsu and Jugo to their enemies, which proves how much he cares for them.
Also a wonderful way of helping Sasuke has, stabbing through the chest which may kill her a weak girl like her instantly, due to physical trauma and the lighning surging through the blade.

Don´t be a fool. Failing in a crime does not make it as less of a crime. Attempted murder still gets you in big trouble. Would you be okay with someone slicing your freaking hand? If you were a family member of one of those Samurai, would you be fine with their death? Attack Nixon or someone who is generally not liked, and see if the country forgives you.

i dont mean to do the wall no jutsu. i was just trying...and failed to do so apparently to explain that ninjas are not good guys. all i was trying to get across was that ninjas in general are mercenaries and assassins. that thier is no good or evil. just large clans of people who will do whatever they feel is necessary to achieve thier goal. but its just not working and ive given up on it. i just cant take it anymore, back and forth to no avail.
