What crimes did Sasuke do ?

He started down the wrong path when he left the village and became a missing nin. That was his first crime. He is in the ANBU missing nin bingo book. The fact he possesses the Sharingan makes him higher on the list to capture. The other crimes he has committed are just fuel for the fire.

Missing nin. Attacked kage summit, killed danzo. Killed many samurai and attempted murder of many other shinobi. Akatsuki member, kidnapped bee. Need i say more?
Suna surrendered unconditionally, do u know what that means? It means Konoha can do anything, impose any condition, punish anyone etc with Suna and thus practically control everything in the land of wind. Its not a light thing. So Konoha might have already ealt with the matter.
Also if u really remember it Gaara was simply sitting on the roof, when that sound nin came to kill him..... or have u forgotten that on purpose?
What manga have u been reading? Each shinobi villages are the military organizations of their respective countries. They are soldiers. Get ur facts right first. And if u really are older than me u will know espionage are part of defence force and killing a part of war. Plus show one official legal Shinobi activity that can be actually classified murders, assasinations etc. as u say in order to prove me wrong.

I'm not gonna hold killing Danzo as a crime. By the time Danzo was killed, he already revoked of his hokage position and they were thinking of putting Kakashi at that point, plus he would already be tried as a criminal since he tried to mind control Mifune at the summit. Not to mention Danzo is a scumbag.
Basically hes guilty by association. this thread is a fail, cuz you already know the story and what he has done to get others not to like him, and anything anyone says you will not change your opinion of what you think of him. In conclusion, there is an army of all the nations fighting together, until sasuke shows a huge change of heart or redeems his bad behavior, he will be an enemy in the war. True, shinobi are used to these lives and behavior so its hard to think of all these as wrong, but eventually he will have to get punishment for what he did do if he wants the army to accept him back.

sasuke had good reasons for what he did but in the end he chose the way of a criminal and that is that. He will be seen as one the same way itachi is seen as a criminal to the ninja world.

sasuke didnt attack the 5 kages..the 5 kages attacked him. he only went after danzo. he never once engaged another kage without them tryin to do so first.
he only joined akatsuki because it gave him good protection and was ensured that he was safe if he decided to go to the hideout. also tobi had itachis eyes so he had to befriend him and the only way he could tighten the bond between him and akatsuki was attempt to capture the 8 tails. He didnt know about the plan to take over the world with the juubi. Sure he wants revenge on the leaf but then again you cant really be charged with anything for having thought about doing a crime. danzou never took office so he wasnt officially the hokage. Also who cares about danzou. he ordered a massacre of a clan that the 3rd could of handled with some meetings.
All he has done is :
1) killed bitchass danzou who wasnt hokage. almost but not yet.
2) attempt to capture 8 tails but never did. he probably knew that the fake 8 tails he brought in was fake
3) killed orochimaru..did everyone a favor.
4) joined a rogue org to only gain cover. he never once considered himself an akatsuki member. he just wore the outfit.
5) he only left the village because of power..never really said "**** the village" he just wanted a quicker way to power.

This thread pissess me off so much for some reason. He is an S-rank criminal dude, done so much evil shit, Killed danzo, attacked B, threatened to crush the leaf

i made a thread just like this and i believe sasuke can be forgiven if he wanted to, all he had to say was that he stopped the edo tensei.
think about it, if sasuke says he stopped edo then he wouldnt have to be convicted of a huge crime. Think about it, he has only really done 1 crime which is attacking kage summit but that can be forgiven if he says he stops edo. Lets see his other crimes.

they surrenderd unconditionally good. so sasuke will complete his quest level konoha and surrender unconditionally. then he will go on to become kazekage of another village just like gaara. speaking of gaara....so those guys he killed when naruto got scared and froze in his tracks tried to kill him?

Plus as far as i remember Gaara killed only inside the Forest of Death where there was no 'no kill rule' and once outside the sound nin who planned to kill him. Pls can u link the page where he killed otherwise?
Please remember the fact that as Suna surrenendered unconditionally, konoha would have and did punished the guilty ones and provided war compensations. If u rember well enough people tried to kill Gaara repeatedly as he was a threat (His own father, uncle did so) and he was let to live only bcos he was Jinkchuriki plus he became Kazekage only after working hard and winning peoples support. Also note that it was not Gaara's decide to attack Konoha it was his village's top people who decided to launch an invasion, So in their eyes Gaara was fighting for his village and its a patriotic thing. So if Sasuke surrenders after mass murder of civilians, i wonder how much he compensation he can provide and how many people he can win over to his side or have a village to go back to. War and Mass murder is different, or are u not old enough to get it?
He can and should be forgiven if he repents for his actions, but if he keeps up his current attitude he is going to find it hard. He was in league with Akatusuki and none witnessed him helping Itachi. So he needs to do something dramatic like attacking Tobi, to convince everyone. He just might attack Tobi for lying to him and helping Itachi to massacre the Uchiha clan. So i really hope he sees reason . . . .
