What crimes did Sasuke do ?

He attacked the summit, a Huge crime in it's self.

He attempted to Kidnap a villages tailed beast for a criminal organisation.

He joined a criminal organisation.

He was working for Oro who was a very well known criminal.

There is one other crime that I would like Sasuke to commit and that is to kill one of Naruto's close pals (Hokage,Sensei, Bee or one of his colleagues from the leaf). That would be awesome

Well first of all, he joined Akatuski...if that doesn't speak for itself then include..

-Attempting to capture a shinobi from a different village who is also a Jinchuriki
-Made an assassination attempt on a Kage during the 5 kage summit
-Took the lives of many different shinobi and samurai
-Attempted murder on many occasions
-Took the right arm of the 4th Raikage

attempted murder,murder on 17 accounts,attacked all the world leaders at once mind you,excited a war,theft,spying,aiding murder,trader,exiled, left village while not on mission (apereatly thats a crime in naruto),trying to capture one of another villages juubi,fratricide and thats all i can think of right now but im sure thats a kill on sight kind of thing

Well Sasuke's crimes:
1. Appeared as a member of the international s-class criminal organisation ie Akatusuki.
2. Attempted to kidnap the the secret weapon of Kumokage, which maintains the balance of power between the countries.
3. Tresspassed into the Kage Summit.
4. killed various Samurai guards.
5. Attacked the Kages.
6. Was under in league with the one who started the Fourth war.
7. Joined orochimaru another wanted criminal.

Killing Danzo wont count as Danzo himself was to be penalised for using genjutsu in the summit and was in fact running away.

PS Kidnap and attempted kidnap both are crimes and punishable. If a cop stops a murderer from killing its victim or the victim saves himself, is the culprit gona be set free? No he is gona be punished none the less.
Also conspiring with criminals and doing their work is a crime too.

yeah, thats my whole point. these aren't cute little sugary sweet innocent little angels we're talking about here. these are ninjas assassins. i dont think ive ever heard of a "good guy" assassin. yes sasuke attacked the summit. yes he tried to kidnap bee, killed danzo, etc. okay so what? everyone is so happy that the uchiha were all killed off because they were going to start a coup. of course you wont hear to much talk of why they were going to do that in the first place. if you didnt follow the story and just went by what people on this forum said. you'd think the mean old evil uchihas just woke up one morning, pulled the shades back, streched and were like. "ah look at the sunrise honey. hey you know what, lets have a big coup on konoha. wouldnt that be fun!" but everyone is like "the villiage did what the village had to do." okay well then the same logic applies to sasuke. he joined ataksuki, attacked bee, attacked the summit, hunted down and killed that bastard danzo. because he did what he had to do.
