Well Sasuke's crimes:
1. Appeared as a member of the international s-class criminal organisation ie Akatusuki.
2. Attempted to kidnap the the secret weapon of Kumokage, which maintains the balance of power between the countries.
3. Tresspassed into the Kage Summit.
4. killed various Samurai guards.
5. Attacked the Kages.
6. Was under in league with the one who started the Fourth war.
7. Joined orochimaru another wanted criminal.

Killing Danzo wont count as Danzo himself was to be penalised for using genjutsu in the summit and was in fact running away.

PS Kidnap and attempted kidnap both are crimes and punishable. If a cop stops a murderer from killing its victim or the victim saves himself, is the culprit gona be set free? No he is gona be punished none the less.
Also conspiring with criminals and doing their work is a crime too.

that is child's play and idealistic. if that happens, which i dont think it will, it is unrealistic and sets a bad example for children. one good does not erase many wrongs. sasuke needs to be punished, as he would be in most any court of law
