If you were to use this, it would be mostly for defensive purposes. In combination with genjutsu, you can use it in CQC while the opponent is in a genjutsu.

His reflexes are enough to keep up with his speed and adapt his movement to it. This unlock can dispel genjutsu up to B-Rank upon activation. Not only that, but when used by Jyuuken users, they will have a much more chakra at their disposal, making it far easier and faster to perform the signature Hyuuga moves, as well as exerting more chakra due to the rush of chakra.

Next to that, the Kanji for “repel” will appear on every foot and palm of the user. The user can then use taijutsu moves and stances (both from strong fist style as well as other styles) to fend of Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) up to A-Rank (within reason, as one needs to take consideration of the size of the technique). The chakra unlocked on the branch seals will repel incoming techniques and projectiles, regardless of nature or characteristics. This enables the user to defend himself from almost anything but, if used to attack an enemy with Taijutsu, it will cause the punches and kicks of the user to deal +20 damage as they will repel the enemy with tremendous might.

This unlock makes the seal work as a pathway for foreign chakra, capable of absorbing chakra through the Gateway and returning it through the Blessing. It can, in alternative, reroute that chakra into itself, sealing it in the core. In reality, this unlock enables the user to absorb up to F-Rank techniques while converting the chakra into a raw version of what was absorbed (absorbing a fire jutsu produces a raw fire stream, absorbing water produces a raw water jet, etc etc) with little shape manipulation but the same strength. If the user decides to seal that chakra in the core, he can double the duration of one of the other two unlocks.

It's a safe lock so you, as this was made in the day swift release was o so popular. you can't use wind/lightning in general; nor any KG that is based on these two elements. Thus: swift, sound, etc.

The question i have, the technique in the beginning says it is short, at first i thought well it's short because of the activation of the seals as that is obvious. The first technique also, no real reason why it should be anything but short. Though this one, I can assume it's only CQC range that you can repel correct?
You can repel for example, a water technique that comes at you, fire technique, etc etc. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's realistic (a wall of mud racing at you that is half a mile wide is unrealistic). The short range means you can only repel it once it comes into short range of you, not that it has to be made in short range of you. A long range technique travels from long -> mid -> short (at this point you can repel it)
Also I think this one is a great example of a technique to counter an elemental taijutsu, like nb tai or other variants like hurricane fist.

wow wow wow! You don't boost your own techniques by absorbing the the tech and sending it back. You just send a stream of the element you absorbed back, that is F-rank in power but has no shape manipulation on it.
How or Why I would use this
First technique, I'd use it mostly to gain or keep even with the speed and power of my opponent. I do not have advance techniques of k'tai, EIG or leg weights. With this it shouldn't give me that much of a disadvantage in terms of speed and power. Also though it doesn't increase my reaction time, I should be okay.

Second technique, i'd generally use it to fend off incoming jutsu's/taijutsu movements towards me. Also to use it to repel the opponent if i feel the need to put some distance between the opponent and myself.
Don't forget that this can actually be used for more than repelling an opponent. It can be used to repel their attacks while simultaneously hurting them tremendously due to your surge in power, much as with the first unlock.
Third technique, even though there isn't a lot of draw back, I'll use this at a point where i feel the need to absorb when I know i can't avoid it. Simply as the jutsu is, pure defensively most likely. Though another question

I see, no other questions at this time.In theory you would if it's a jutsu. You can't absorb the explosion itself as the explosion is a result of the chakra being used, not the chakra itself.
A technique still has chakra while it goes towards you, there lies the difference. So you could, but in most situations, you wouldn't be able to.
Got it!!!! SIR!!Each seal has a B-rank power level. It's a rough estimate that 2 seals = A-rank and 4 = S-rank. This doesn't mean that you can use two seals in one to do 1 seal and make that A-rank. You need to calculate the damage seal per seal, as not all seals might high if not all of the detonate (defensive jutsus can be used against it). It's just in case for example they use an S-rank tech, and all 4 seals detonate, the S-rank tech is destroyed.
and yea, u can use only 2, but that wouldn't make sense. The 1-seal S-rank one can't be used on people though.

Description: the user start by creating a cage of wind around the opponent. It blows with enormous strength from all 6 directions towards the opponent. Because of the wind simultaneously blowing from all sides, it is very hard (if not nearly impossible) to move, as the wind blows the movement from any direction. The user then infuses nicotine gas into the cage, causing it to blow around the user and thus into the user his body. The nicotine acts as a toxin (as approved in the CE), causing the body to take on the effects of the nicotine in an extreme form.

Note: The user can not move from his position due to the amount of chakra used and the strain on his body during the next 2 turns.

Pretty simple: you create a cube around your opponent that consists of 6 walls of wind. The walls of wind then blow wind at the opponent from every side at the same time, and the same speed, etc etc. Due to the force, this causes the opponent to be unable to move. You then infuse nicotine gas into the cafe which blows inside the cage, towards the opponent. The opponent is "poisoned" (see CE for the effects). The Thing here is, if they use a fire technique to defend from the wind technique, it would be rather suicidal as the wind itself blows towards the opponent, igniting the cage while he's in it. If he manages to not kill himself, the nicotine will evaporate and enter the opponent even faster, due to the the fire.
