Let's see here. Rock lee didn't get any faster since CE due to his injury. Sasuke with 3 tomoe would be able to read and counter anything Rock lee throws. Drunken lee is no faster he's just unpredictable but with sharingan that factor is limited out as well. Which means Sasuke wrecks the man.

depending on the distance but for a fact, Sasuke won't be using that from close distance so I wonder how he'll be creating an opening against such a fighter. Why would he need to use Jutsus to create an opening against Base Naruto with his CS1? If he could just hit him with Chidori in his base 2T state?

he needed to create an opening for chidori to land on naruto because the latter would always match it with rasengan thus leading to a stalemate. running at him with it would therefore be pointless since naruto can counter with ninjutsu

i dont see how this helps your case when lee doesnt have ninjutsu to counter thus his only defense is to dodge and he is not dodging twice in close range when sasuke can move as quick as him and anticipate his movements with sharingan especially if he utilizes distractions in the form of katon.

..From a close distance, Sasuke isn't hitting Lee. Otherwise, there'll be no need for creating openings to land the jutsu. Not to mention Lee being able to evade it. Not an issue

Sasuke failed to ultimately hit Naruto despite his 2T in the scenarios in which they encountered and Lee's hits with the strong fist aren't easy to defend against seeing his ability to rip out a tree from underneath. Naruto held him down when they encountered and Sasuke while stating he had to create an opening to hit Naruto with Chidiori, leveled up to his CS1 state. Sasuke in his Base 2T isn't defeating Lee here.

-he needed to create an opening with chidori because the latter would eimply counter with rasengan, add the fact that sasuke always moved at him from afar allowing him to form the rasengan, means nothing against lee who needs to evade to escape but in close range and with distractions in place, he doesnt.

-he would lose in cqc and sasuke takes advantage when he is down to hit him with chidori
