i think sasuke wins both scenarios. people say lee can outlast because sasuke keep up that speed however the main reason why he got tired was because he was constantly blizing past garra sand to land hits on him, he doesnt need to do that here as lee would be the one coming close in cqc because thats how he fights so sasuke lets him come(conserving his stamina) and with the sharingans advantage he beats him in CQC since now he can read his movements and this time react so lee gets outperformed. chidori kills him the scenario its allowed

These scan here shows Sasuke running at Lee despite the latter being the one that's overzealous. Not once but twice. That's not all but you can't just suggest Lee would be the one running to Sasuke when in fact Lee has intel on his stamina issues with this speed. Are you going to try and suggest Sasuke would just stand in one place throughout this fight? He has to make movements, Lee's movements to fight here.

Suggesting Lee would be the one doing the running against Sasuke is a slanted thought. Lee knows for a fact as seen in the Manga that Sasuke tires out quickly upon employing his speed. That and the fact that Taijutsu fights involve high speed movements in cases of these two heavyweights. They won't just be standing in one place while they encounter each other. Taijutsu/CQC fights also involve evading attack/movements and even dodging with increased movements would tire Sasuke out since he has to do so with Lee's speed. Lee strikes faster for sure but Sasuke has the edge with his Sharingan when it comes to reaction speed. That's not to say Lee can't evade him or even react to him when Base Naruto can even with Sasuke's 2T in the bottom 3 scans as Sasuke opts to kick him
