Id go for Magnets, alter the earths gravitation pull send millions hurdling into space while you stay on the ground. In X-Men Worlds Apart, Storm controlled the very air in a man's lungs, not allowing him to breathe. Just to quote her, "You breathe when I allow it! The air in your lungs obeys my every whim. You would be wise to do the same.

Then again if you follow the comics Storm has shown the potential to isolate chemicals in her body and turn them into h2o.

Weather control has Electrical, Thermal, Kinetic, Potential and even Electromagnetic energy manipulation, so its very versatile. For example Storm has shown that she can tap into other forms of energy and warp them to her will, e.i. cosmic turbulence, gathered energy from the galactic core, created a world wide cosmic turbulence to block solar flares and created solar winds.
