Your both kidding right? Tobirama created Edo Tensei, Has S/T ninjutsu said to be on equal with Minato's and can create huge bodys of water out of nothing. He is not one of the weakest, but one of the strongest.

In terms of battle prowess, Tsunade is the weakest of the Kages we have actually seen fight. Sure she can heal herself, but that wastes a lot of chakra. She is also one of the slowest Kages. You can't kill someone if you can't hit them.
The only person she may be able to beat would be Mei or Gaaras dad.

goodness. i hope you have read the part where it was stated that tobirama was in par with his brother hashi. so how could he be the weakest. and mind you about the way he died, it wasnt a simple one. he fought at least 20 very skilled cloud ninja assassins, probably in the levels of kakashi or asuma. if he was to fight just one or two he would surely have defeated them easily, but no. there were 20 of them. 1 against 20? and although it wasnt stated what happend in there, we could assume that tobirama was able to fight them all off coz if any one from the 20 had survived he or they would have certainly pursued hiruzens group and killed them. but hiruzen and the others made it through so tobirama was able to beat them all.

either tsunade, or gaara, cuz he has like no experience compared to the others, not to mention he has been dead once all ready cuz of the one vs. one fight with deidara. yeah he shud have been able to kill diedara pretty quickly, i think any other kage wud have killed deidara easily and gaara died, cuz he let him drag the fight on and capture him.

the more i think about it the more i think gaara. which sux cuz i happen to like gaara.

and tsunade is participating in the madara fight and is not dead yet so props for her.
