if its comes to strength ,weaker will be tsunade
if its comes to personality &good things danzo is the weakest of all

Gaara's dad sealed a Bijuu , and than he got easily pwnd by Oro.
Maybe the third kazekage , cuz sasori pwned him , but then again he is said to be the Sand's most powerfull shinobi ever ...
Why kishi makes all kazekage use dust and that stuff ?
They all have similar jutsu only the 3rd with iron dust , the 4th with gold dust , and the 5th (Gaara) with sand ....

goodness. i hope you have read the part where it was stated that tobirama was in par with his brother hashi. so how could he be the weakest. and mind you about the way he died, it wasnt a simple one. he fought at least 20 very skilled cloud ninja assassins, probably in the levels of kakashi or asuma. if he was to fight just one or two he would surely have defeated them easily, but no. there were 20 of them. 1 against 20? and although it wasnt stated what happend in there, we could assume that tobirama was able to fight them all off coz if any one from the 20 had survived he or they would have certainly pursued hiruzens group and killed them. but hiruzen and the others made it through so tobirama was able to beat them all.

either tsunade, or gaara, cuz he has like no experience compared to the others, not to mention he has been dead once all ready cuz of the one vs. one fight with deidara. yeah he shud have been able to kill diedara pretty quickly, i think any other kage wud have killed deidara easily and gaara died, cuz he let him drag the fight on and capture him.
the more i think about it the more i think gaara. which sux cuz i happen to like gaara.
and tsunade is participating in the madara fight and is not dead yet so props for her.

Tobirama & nidame raikage are tied they look cool but are weaklings

If I could say Danzou I would.
It goes to either the 3rd or 4th MIZUKAGE, which ever one was controlled for by Madara (or Tobi). I dont care that he is a Jinchurriki, or how potentially powerful he is. He was mind ****ed for YEARS as a Kage, no other Kage can claim this shame.
