You simply create those two, thrust your hands and release them as the mix and give birth to a violent tornado of water that can obviously be used to attack as well to defend due to it's size. Excellent technique for those merciful s rank fire techniques.

I'm very glad it's that way, because it proves that my training has quality and that I'm doing a good job. Which in effect makes me happy which results in a better atmosphere as we train, which then results in both of us happy.

2) It could. Although I would suggest some earth techniques that act like domes or spheres, that form half way around you. Unfortunately you would lose sight of your opponent, but that would happen after using the water technique anyway.

Aye for the second one I thought about the domes or spheres and thought if you had a Minato bio you could just toss an FTG kunai to the right/left side pull up the dome then FTG out. Since the water would cover a large area and depending on the landscape you may not be able to throw it far enough to actually not even have to use a dome at all. So just toss it to the side. Saying this because I want a Minato bio ~_~ and my mind just thinks up counters for him automatically, sometimes it's annoying because I go off on a tangent and forget my actual move for the character I'm using xd
