Its funny how Tobirama said that jutsu is english XD
After we are done with A-ranks will we do another battle, I much prefer to finish water completely and then do it.

Advantages:
- This jutsu expands in all ranges
- It incredibly fast and efficient if you catch the opponent in it, He has no way of getting out.
- No water source needed

Disadvantages:
- The only problem I have is due to the fact it has so much steps in the attack there could be a chance for the opponent to be able to escape easily.

Combinations:
- It a huge combo its self.

Counter:
- At first the water must hit you in the beginning of the attack, right? Easy enough to chuck some mud towards it to make it lose shape or slow down completely. I can also summon pillars below my opponent to make him lose his balance and stop the performance of the jutsu

I frankly think that once you are tossed upwards you won't have enough time to react or counter properly, so the best thing to do once you are pushed upward is to become tangible and change yourself in water[ I used the same trick to counter it], In my opinion the best way to deal with it is when the water is being created below you.

Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Another proof of Tobirama's awesomeness and Mei's sexyness, Okay it is quite self explanatory all you do it perform a swing of your hand and create a vortex around your opponent using a water source, this vortex then sends them flying upwards and with another hand gesture you can easily cancel it.

Imagine if tobirama and me were to hook up ! There baby would be bad ass at water style

Advantages:
- Very fast to perform with no hand seals and has overall great pace
- Can be used with a combo
Disadvantages:
- unless you are tobi or mei you will need a water source
- only works short-mid range
Combinations:
- when my opponent is sent in the air I would use a light jutsu and aim it towards the opponent
- well I can also set up earth spikes on the ground so when the come back down they get pierced
Counter:
Like you said turn myself into water preventing damage or channel earth chakra around me as armor to protect me

(Suiton: Mugensame)-Water Style: Infinite Shark Frenzy

Description: A highly advanced form of Five Shark Frenzy where the user creates one shark that attacks the opponent, dragging them into the water. Then, the user unleashes a storm of sharks to attack the opponent from all angles and directions, ending up in a water explosion.
Note: Requires a water source.

Well I will only explain the first part as rest is self explanatory, basically what you do is create many sharks in a water source, one of these shark then attack's the opponent to drag him into the water source where all the other shark start to attack him from multiple angles making it near impossible to counter it due to lack of time and the huge number, in the end of the attack there is a huge explosion which will render your opponent on the verge of death if not dead already.[I ended up explaining the entire stuff >.<]

Advantages:
- The jutsu is very fast to perform
- When the opponent is caught in it there is no place to go or evade because sharks will be much more faster then you in the water
Disadvantages:
- Needs a water source to do

Combinations:
I think it would be perfect to do hidden mist then activate the jutsu or use some other type of illusion/Genjutsu to trick the opponent.

Counters:
- remember when I said you can use the hidden mist for a combo same goes for counter, I doubt the shark will no where you are if you were to send chakra down towards you feet to mask your movements, Then I would slowly get out of the water source.

Not practically possible for one obvious reason and that being only a moron will use such a large scale jutsu without knowing his opponent's location, and if you are planning to use the mist after the sharks are created then my friend there is high chance you will fail, I would say go for an full fledged S rank earth armour if you are caught in it, though there is a high probability you may drown due to excess of weight but then it is one of the few way to go about it and you can even make yourself tangible.

Description: The user slashes a body of water, creating a pillar of water that launches the enemy into the air. He then releases five water sharks that attack the enemy until one devours them before imploding, launching the enemy into the air. The remaining water sharks surround the enemy and force them under water where they implode in on the enemy. It is known that if the sharks are damaged, they can regenerate themselves, unless completely destroyed.
Note: To reform the sharks require a water source.

You go on to create a pillar of water that goes on to launch your opponent high in the air, then you will create 5 sharks which charge towards the opponent, one of these shark then go onto devour your opponent and launch him in air one more time, then the remaining shark will force the enemy under the water where they collapse onto the opponent.

Thanks man I was gonna go to Kumo but i sent the PM to join since like 2 weeks and got impatient and when to Suna.
Now for the Jutsu I couldn't find a proper picture neither a video sorry man.

Advantages:
- This jutsu is a great use for example an opponent is pressuring you with Taijutsu attacks it easy to perform and quick, The opponent will get caught and he will most likely die.
- This sharks are extremely fast and powerful, When they catch the opponent I doubt the opponent will have much to do.
- They can reform but sadly you must have a water source, But still its great to have overall.

Disadvantages:
- Not much really just that it can only go short range.

Combinations:
- Its a combo itself but if the opponent is not in short range, I would try to use a distraction like a shadow close, or perform a light genjutsu, Just enough for me to get in close range and perform the jutsu

Counters: 2 ways in my opinion
- Use a powerful wind technique that can completely destroy the sharks
- While in the air perform a wind technique to get out of range by blowing in the air, going back and out of range not allowing the sharks to hit me.

Description: The user performs Tiger – Serpent hand seals to create a stronger version of the Water Release: Water shark Bomb technique, which creates a gigantic shark, far larger than the user, to attack the opponent. This technique differs from its parent jutsu in being able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique, and in turn use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful.
Note: Technique can only absorb up to B rank level techniques and requires a Large water source.

It was used by Kisame against Guy, now this technique is a really good technique for many reasons, first of all it requires only 2 hand seal to initiate and once done you shape manipulate a large source of water into a huge shark and direct it towards your opponent, Now here comes the real good part this technique can actually go on to absorb any jutsu upto B rank and continue towards your opponent unharmed, due to it's large size it is hard to avoid and can effect multiple opponent if with in range.

this jutsu seems amazing !
Advantages:
- This jutsu can go up to all ranges, and its very big making it difficult to evade
- Due to its size can even attack more then one opponent
- Can absorb the chakra of any B-ranks and below and use it to gain strength and attack with more power,
- very fast to perform with only 2 hand seals

Disadvantages:
- Needs a large water source to perform

Combinations:
- I would total send lighting chakra towards this shark other then that I don't really think I would need to use any serious combo because its already such a great jutsu its perfect for a finishing blow.

Counter:
- needs a powerful S-rank to destroy like a earth or wind,A powerful shield might be the best thing to do though, I mean there isn't much you can do Gai needed to open 7 gates to stop that thing right?

Right, the best way out of it is to use a strong as well as big earth wall as a shield, or use a strong S rank offensive move of earth to over power it and remember it should be big as well.

Straight forward, It was again used by kisame against Guy, In this jutsu you manipulate a large source of water and create a thousand average size sharks out of it and then make them enter into one big wall formation and direct it towards your opponent, The wall is literally humongous both in terms of width and length.

Advantages:
- Its huge if you are in range I doubt there could be any way for you to even dodge it,
- Its also very powerful and deadly, if you are caught then its very likely you will end up dieing because each of those sharks will tear you up

Disadvantages:
- Must have a large water source
- Only works short-mid Quite surprising
- In our rp can only be used once per battle

Combinations:
- When I saw this in the anime it had no real combo, Its size and power is so vast it doesn't really need one and the speed of making the jutsu was very quick so IMO i would not real perform a combo and just waste chakra.

Counters:

Wind is the best option in this case as there no wind jutsu which will be able to cover such a range also not very reasonable, Now for earth shield no need to cover the entire area just make the wall big enough to cover you and you will be good, I will actually prefer a dome in this case. [keep in mind the elemental chart]

Nothing to explain....It requires to nature manipulate your chakra and release it in form of water, once this water is expelled out of your mouth you shape manipulate it to create a barricade/ wall hat can be used to intercept almost all fire attacks.

Pretty straight forward tech

Advantages:
- Great shield to use to block any fire technique
- Needs no water source and very fast to perform

Disadvantages:
- No real attacking purpose
- I am just guessing you might not be able to see through the wall which can leave you vulnerable to a sneak attack.

Combinations:
- This is for defensive purposes so i don't believe you can really create a combo attack with it. If you can please tell me.

Counters:
- Easily can be penetrated by a strong earth technique A and above or wind technique to slice it up.

It is translucent in my opinion, so you see a little bit through it.

As it can travel upto mid-range you can charge it with lightning techniques to SHOCK your opponent ;)

- Easily can be penetrated by a strong earth technique A and above or wind technique to slice it up.
I seriousl advise you not to use wind against water until and unless that water is charged with lightning or is a really small scale technique.

Now do you know what AACT stands for and what is the process of getting such techniques?

Now as you said AACt are additional approved cannon techniques, In this new jutsus are added from time to time that as when they are shown to used in the manga, anime, game etc.

Now the thing with AACT are that once you master a certain element you start to get new techniques automatically meaning you will not need to learn it from any one if you have already mastered that element, which means no one will be there to explain you this technique [of course you can ask sensei and seanpai for help but still......], So there is one AACT jutsu for water and I will not explain this to you and you will still follow the template and describe to me as if you got it auto, hope I am clear, this drill will help you in future. ;)

Advantages:
- This jutsu can go up to all ranges
- The performance of the jutsu is very fast to perform and when release the water bullet is its self very fast so it will be hard for an opponent to evade
- Can be used to even change the terrain of the jutsu due to its awesome power
- Does not need a water source

Disadvantages:
- Personally I saw this in the manga and the amount of water shoot out is a lot, Now you can be open for a attack since most of your concentration is towards sending that huge amount of water, A smart opponent can easily do a sneak attack.

Combinations:
- I would combo this jutsu for a long range attack and totally soak the area my opponent is standing on. I from there can send a lighting jutsu towards the soaked area and shock every thing around my opponent, A quick lighting jutsu like false darkness spear.

Counters:
- The only way I see to stopping this attack is use a very powerful earth shield or try to somehow mask your presence not allowing the opponent to send the technique, Probably like a genjutsu or hidden mist so my opponent won't know or see where I am, Preventing him to shoot.

I'm sorry to bother your training noni, I just had to learn this jutsu before usage...hope no hard feelings.

*kefa starts to build up alot of water chakra which he focuses to his Gut, kefa then builds pressure by breathing in,
while channeling the focuses chakra from his Gut to his mouth, kefa cheeks swell as he prepares to release the
water, kefa looks at the ground further away from him and open his mouth to release the water in his mouth, kefa spits out a strong
long torrent of water.

Strong points
  • - the jutsu's range is long being more devastating from close ranges -
  • - I believe this jutsu is strong enough to put off the s ranked fire style annihilation. -
  • - after this jutsu is performed, there will be reminiscence of water to do further water jutsu's -
Weak points
  • - if an opponent uses a lightning jutsu during he time I spit out water I would be greatly shocked. -
  • - if an opponent dodges this jutsu while its active the user is open to attacks(due to the jutsu being a long ranged and a lot of water, to stop when started won't be easy) -
combinations and strategies
I would use the b ranked water style exploding bitting dragon which will throw my opponent up and he is likely to block with an earth jutsu like the earth jutsu that covers the whole body making it hard, when he does this I would use this s ranked water bullet to kill him. :devil:.

ways to counter this tech
The besg choice Is to use a lightning jutsu as soon as this water jutsu is released so that it will shock the user, or the earth swamp technique to disrupt the tech.
