Nice description of the technique, Yes it can stop the great annihalation jutsu and you can even use it to stop an F rank fire jutsu but do consider the side, the angles from which you are being attacked while countering it.
Nice work with lightning jutsu disadvantage but you can keep a look for it and stop releasing the water the moment it is going to strike you and this way not only do you render his attack useless you even provider your water with a lightning charge which makes it hard for your opponent to deal with it.
As for your second dis-advantage it will only be practically possible when you are fighting 2 opponent or an opponent with clone........... because if there is 1 person only his first priory will be to save himself from the jutsu.
Nice Combo, but if he uses the S rank block then your follow up jutsu [the S rank one] will not harm him that much but still he will be hit hard and thus be sent flying backwards due to the momentum it self so you can use that time to strike him for one last and final time
as dodging in mid air is hard.Now neilson please tell me how can you exactly avoid this with a swamp
, you may stop him midway but still the water which has already been created will continue towards you and thus by the time your swamp will be done you will more or less will be hit by the swamp, If long range you may have some extra time to perform another jutsu but if you do so the time frame may get messy and may start an argument. >.<Now am I clear, also if you have any problem regarding any jutsu till now please free to ask and that implies for both of you.
If not I will clarify some stuff with you and then we shall have a small drill.

And yeah I have got a queztion, is it possible to ever use water to block lightning attacks, and when I say use water, I mean the water that I am not in any form touching it?

Hiding like a mole can be usefull, Now that is one tricky question and to answer it I will say it depends, it totally depends on the nataure and the size of attack and defense, for example if you shoot a D or C rank lightning towards a learge water source then lightning will completely be mixed with and thus loose it's orignal shape while charging the water.
In second case let's say you are shooting continious big bolt's of lightning but the water defense is small and can not move then you can easily chage the angle of your attack also the water will not be able to bear all that lightning.
Hope you get the main idea........... anyway using water to defend against lightning is quite impractical but having said that I will also say it can be quite creative and work as an awesome combo if used corrwctly so just play smart while doing something like this.

, now like noni said I will like you both to battle against each other, it will be a small battle and in this battle I would like you to emphasize on using water related jutsu and want you to use atleast 1 water jutsu in each of your move i.e atleast 1 jutsu should be of water nature out of the 3 jutsu.If I am clear I would like Noni to take first move as he is presently online.

While standing in a water source I focus water chakra through my body then channel it to water, I release the water chakra and shape manipulate it to turn into 4 sharks. The sharks then proceed to head towards you, Attack you and sending you mid-air with fatal wounds. While your in the air, I don't hesitate. I quickly jump up and release water around my arm and shape it into a strong spiraling vortex. I hit you back down with my vortex arm, You hurdle down and sustain fatal wounds. While you are down, I swing my hand into a arc shape releasing a crescent shape water, That heads towards you slashes you in the back finishing you off.

While being shut up into the air. I channel water chakra into my mouth and perform one hand seal, I spit out a water bullet, while heading towards you it prevents you from forming dragon bite especially after I split the bullet into 3 which then begin to head towards you quicker. I then go back down and place my hand into the water source and shape manipulate the water into forming 5 hungry sharks. They begin to head towards you from below. So now you are being attacked in all directions.

I stand and look up at u as you spit a water bullet, without further thinking and immediate reaction, I form 3 hand seals and build up a powerful water vortex which defends your water bullets and I make it to stay active for you to fall back to the wager surface but before u reach the water surface you will get caught in this jutsu(note that we started at short range and this jutsu goes up to mid range, and I threw u up at short range since u didn't move from your previous position, you will still fall back to the spot which was short range from me, and this jutsu is up to mid range and A ranked, so it can take your water bullet and still remain, and one you come close to the water surface or start free falling you'll get caught in this jutsu and be thrown into mid range unconscious). The powerful vortex I created knocks you unconscious and throws u back into mid range, I immediately jump up after my water tornado and I do a chidori and. Release a giant thunder bolt at your unconscious body, and also to save me from the electrocution that the water will do when it is hit by this jutsu. I land back when all is over.

Okay Neilson did very well not only did he successfully countered all your moves but he even was able to pursue you, and if I am not wrong Noni you also got hit by Neilson jutsu which in its weaker state count as a B rank jutsu meaning it is enough to deal high damage to you also on that counter part I find neilson smart to use a fast initiating jutsu.
Having said that Noni your counter was not valid in my opinion but you did use the technique well so I will say that you both are done for now, Noni if you want we can have the same drill once more but this time with me as neilson passed his part quite well.
Also remember both of you are still not water master as you both still need to learn this jutsu.
