Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

Okay now it is a good technique, It can be used as a combo with lava release also but I don't think you have a lava release, do you?

Now for initiating it requires hand seal and after doing that you mold your chakra in your mouth and release it in a form of jet of water, as it is launched from mouth it does not require hand seal but remember it can only be used at mid range.

Advantages:
- Great to use with combination of lava release
- Requires no water source.
- It is still a powerful and a fast jutsu.
Disadvantage:
- Only works in mid range.
Combinations:
- It is supposed to combo with the lava release tech but for me I would combo it by blowing the water towards my opponent mid range. Then by blowing wind towards the water it will accelerate faster towards the opponent.
Counter:
- 2 simple ways really earth wall B-rank and a wind technique to blow me away of the range. I guess I can also make a pillar come underneath my opponent while he is doing hand seals to make him off balance.

This technique seems like something I won't be using that much. Its quite straight forward and easy unless you have that lava release tech it is in my opinion useless.

I don't think it will be fast enough because three hand seal only require a second or so.

I agree to some extent but remember most of the battle start at mid-range only so you can always use it first up.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.


Okay it is a nice technique and is used quite a lot in the battle, you initiate it by slamming your hands on the ground once done you summon massive amount of water from the sky this water then descends downwards to sweep the opponent of his feet, one of its positive is that it can be cancelled mid-way.

Now this techniques has quite some pros and not to mention many combination related to it, so be creative with this one.

Advantages:
- Can be canceled mid-way if need be.
- Requires no water source.
- Works in all ranges

Disadvantages:
- The water must be summoned 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.
- The water itself has no attack but can create a combo.

Combination:
- Now it might not work but here goes anyway. I will summon the water, While it begins to drop my opponent will be distracted by the water and have his attention only there. I will then cancel the jutsu mid-way confusing my opponent and then I will send a strong attack towards him while he is not ready and to slow to react.

Counters:
- Rock shield, I can use it to cover me from above. Can a fire technique strong enough make the water evaporate ?

Question:
- Can you summon the water if it is sunny? Like if there is no storm cloud because it seems like you need one?

Yes you can.

Now for combinations, like I said there are many options.

Use any earth technique which forces your opponent to use a full body surge of lightning and while he is doing this you can summon water above him to electrolyte him.

I hope you get the idea, now can you think of something else.

there is this lighting jutsu I learned I forgot the name but here is how it works. I will creat some orbs I believe 4-6 and they will be moved around my opponent. They then connect with each other by sending chakra towards them. This creates a huge opening in many reasons. The opponent will be forced to jump out of the diameter of where the orbs are placed. When he decideds to do that I can send the water crashing down on him giving him damage but also preventing him to leave the orbs surrounding him. I will release the lighting from the orbs shocking him much more then originally because of the water around him

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

Now this is a stealth base jutsu now let me explain you how this jutsu works, now you pass your chakra throughout your body and then somewhat coat yourself with it and then go near a water source and blend with it and by doing this you become totally undetected for a short period of time, though sensory and doujutsu will find you using your chakra as a medium.

Advantages:
- Can easily mask your presence helping you escape from an enemy or do a surprise attack.
Disadvantages:
- some dojutsus and sensor type ninja's can easily catch you.
- Only works for a short period of time.
Combinations:
- If I was close to a water source I would first perform hidden mist to have my opponent not see me when I perform the jutsu. When I mask my presence in the water source close to me, I will expect for the opponent to blow away the mist when he does he won't see me and I will attack when he puts his guard down for a split second.
Counter:
- Not much really unless you have Dojutsu or sensory. But if the opponent does do something like this for example my counter I would electrocute the water but how would I know if he was even in there in the first place. In short there isn't much of a counter here but you must have good reaction speed.

In short there isn't much of a counter here but you must have good reaction speed.
Rely on sounds in such situation, when ever he will make a move certain sound will be created and you need to exploit it and like you said good reaction time is the most crucial of all.

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

Ok now this is a multipurpose technique, It requires you to weave a single hand seal and once done you can spew out great volumes of water from your mouth, The water can be spewed out in a form of wave which will charge at great speed towards your opponent, you can even ride this wave just like Kisame did when he fought Team Guy, The amount of water is really great, you can even use this technique to create small ocean like surrounding in the battle field, this water can then be used be used for other water base techniques.

A technique I see myself using actually.

Advantages:
- This jutsu is quick to perform and has no need for a water source which makes it fast and simple. Having one hand seal to it. You can use this jutsu almost anywhere.
- The jutsu can go up to all range's short-long which gives a great advantage and makes the jutsu durable to use.
- The best part is that you can use other water technique with the water that is made by this jutsu. Giving you the opportunity to perform jutsu's that require water source.

Disadvantages:
- This jutsu with all the good it has, It has one bad fault and that is clearly you are standing in a huge pool of water. This makes you wide open for Lighting attacks since you are standing on top of it.
- This can be good or bad depending on your chakra really...The more chakra you have the more water can be created. But if you don't have that much well its simple to say you won't create to much water.

Combinations:
- With the amount of water that is made , Combine that with the jutsu we just learned Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique. I can hide my presence under water and make it very difficult for the opponent to even know where I am. I can do an easy counter attack.

Counter:
Just like in my disadvantage he is standing in a pool of water. I can simply send lighting towards the water and it will travel all around shocking my opponent.

In our RP the size of the wave is more or less same as every one has same chakra levels though Cannon bio's like Kisame are an exception.

Well the thing is that you can do it after the wave had striked and your opponent is busy because if you do it while he can see you it will mostly likely turn out that he will use your conter method to........... yeah you get my point.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks

Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

It was again used by Kisame and if my memory serves me right then it was against Guy, Now thia technique is mainly effective if you are standing on a water source as it requires a handsome amount of water, now when on water source there are 2 scenario possible

1. Standing on top of the water source, now in this case although the jutsu is fatal but its mobility is restrained by the fact that if you were to get in mid-air by any means you succesfully evade it.

2. Inside the water, now this where the technique get's quite fatal as once you are with in water you will no longer be able to move your limbs as freely as you previously could, also the shark can now attack from multiple sides and at great pace and furry and not to mention you will now have to use lightning base attack with out most care.

In both the above cases your usuage of earth technique is quite restrained which is a big positive in my opinion, also these shark can regenrate making it more steady and long lasting assault, the only disadvatage that is associated to it other then the orthodox ones are is taht you will always have to have your hand placed on the water source and if it were to lift up or get removed the shrks will dissapear.

Advantages:
- The 5 sharks can move in many directions and in great speed.
- They can regenerate themselves making them almost invincible
- The jutsu preparation is quite fast and is made swiftly giving your opponent almost no time to react.
disadvantages:
- Must have a water source
- You must have your hand placed on the water source
Combinations:
- This jutsu is mainly for combo attacks like sending the sharks to attack in different direction or have one shark distract the opponent while you send the other four to attack in the rear. This jutsu is pretty much a combo.
Counters:
- If I am on top of a water source all I can do is blow myself away from the water source but that won't be easy. I would mainly try and force my opponent to take his hand off the water, Throwing some kunai's or channel some type of wind technique to cut his hand.
- If I am in the water that will be the problem in the anime Gai had to open 6 gates to release enough chakra to negate the attack and destroy the sharks with pure chakra. Other then that I really can't come up with away to get out or counter it while inside water.

Make your self tangible so as to not receive any physical damage, you can use the water lending technique that we hane learned.

You can even coat yourself with eath to resist physical damge while finding your way out but it can back fire in the sense that it makes you heavy and ths your speed decreases.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Damage points: N/A (-15 per turn the target remains in the water)
Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

Self explanatory, Weave the dog hand seal and create some thuder cloud over/near the opponent and use them to produce a good amount of rain, this rain should then be manipulated into a large wave which goes on to strike your opponent(s) but this wave is quite unique as this wave has the property to slowly drain away your opponent's chakra [nothing significant], the wave also sweeps the enemy of their feet.

- This jutsu is great to use to have the opponent get his feet wiped out and fall leaving him open for attack.
- Drains his chakra when engulfed by the rain so most of his attacks and his other traits will be less powerful and fast.
Disadvantages:
- It can only work for long distance attack.
Combinations:
- Well simple to say after he is wet by the water and most likely dizzy and losing chakra, It will leave his really open and slow to attack I can just stab he with a Kunai. I can channel lighting towards the storm cloud and also have the rain drops get some electricity for added damage as well.
Counters:
- I can blow the storm cloud out of form an away.
- I can protect myself using a earth shield of some sort.

To stab him you will have to go upto long range, charging rain drops with electricity is quite hard and impractical.

Jump in air and while descending towards the earth take out your sword and stab it on to the groud, this will cause water to burst outwards from the ground, this water will be in a shape of a pillar and can be used to repel/hit your enemy.

Advantages:
- This jutsu is great to use to push back an opponent who is pressuring you with taijutsu.
- Requires no water source.
- Can attack more then one opponent if in range.
Disadvantages:
- Only works short range.
- By having to jump into the air in can leave you open.
- must have a sword as well.
Combinations:
- I believe this jutsu is not really meant to combo with but it is supposed to push an opponent back, He will be most likely stunned you can then attack your opponent while his guard is off.
Counters:
- While my opponent jumps up to stab his sword into the ground I will use a earth technique to make the ground turn to soft sand. This will just absorb the swords impact but I don't think it will do anything after that the water will not rise.

Turn it into a swamp, this way he will sink also if you are short range while he is jumping you can use many jutsu/free form ways to deal with him. ._.

Only some water will carry as most of it will loose its shape because of the impact.

Changing terrain is not a fast enough option in my opinion, nor is the earth shield.

I will say if you are caught in its vicinity you should cover your body with earth chakra to save your ass and then go on to land some free form punches on you opponent.

Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

Again self explanatory, just create a orb of water in your hand and then release it towards the enemy while shape manipulating it into multiple spearing streams, you can use these streams for head on attack as well as multi-directional attack.

Mei my favorite women of the series use's this technique XD
Advantages:
- Very durable technique. It can attack either straight forward, Multiple directions, Or in a spiral.
- Does not need a water source.

Disadvantages:
- Only works short to mid range.

Combinations:
- I would actually aim the water to go in all directions spirally this will confuse my opponent. I might also want to channel lighting towards the water spear as well or through the ground leaving no way for escaping.

Counter:
- Cover my body with earth chakra so the water doesn't impale me. The Use wind to cut the water and have it lose its shape.

Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.


With your hand movement create a crescent blade of water, this blade can also be created by twirling/spinning to create an all around attack.

I know right !

Advantages:
- Due to the fact you can twirl around to attack, You can swiftly attack other enemies in different directions even in your blind spot.
- Require no water source. Very fast to perform again.

Disadvantages:
- only works short-mid
- Well if you decide to twirl around with this jutsu, An enemy from long range can attack you.

Combinations:
- This jutsu is a combo jutsu itself because you can twirl around and attack multiple times at the opponent. it would be a waste of chakra performing another jutsu.

Counters:
- If it used against me the quick thing to do is perform a earth technique to have the ground shake, It will be able to put the opponent off balance and by doing this there hands movements will most likely stop.
