Okay a useful one when fighting on a water source, you use this to create a whirlpool around your opponent and make him drown, it can also effect multiple enemies though with in limit

I can't use the template my phone won't let me.
Advantages: Can take in more then 1 enemy as long as in range.
disadvantages: Must be on a water source.
Combinations: I'd drown the opponent and then channel lighting through the water, shocking my opponent and stopping any resistance he has.
counter: I think this could be a little far fetched but here I go, You need to stand on a water source, right?
What I would do is release earth chakra out of my mouth in the form of mud around the water. Would this be able to work since earth is in the water it should prevent the user from manipulating that water, right?

I head towards the lake and begin to walk on it to get towards the middle of the lake so I can perform the jutsu. I begin to focus on my chakra, I channel my chakra around my body to get ready. I use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. I then send the water chakra from my feet about 5-8 meters ahead in open water. I begin to control the water and start to make the water current spin rapidly.
Senpai, Why don't you go in and see if it works ?

If you channel lightning your allies may get hurt and if it get out of control..... well yeah it will back fire on you.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Easy one but yet effective one, it is mainly a combo based move which will go great with a quick and sudden fire attack, now this require 3 hand seal and after performing them you create a small cloud which is in black in color and is made up of flammable oil, once created direct it towards your opponent and make it disperse once done it will leave your opponent drenched in flammable oil.

  • - Insert info - It seems very easy to catch out mainly because it is black and the only black jutsu's in the NV is Amaterasu and Black Lighting, So its easy to see and evade.
Combinations-strategies: Since it is the color black I personally think it would not be best to use in day time it would be to easy to see and evade. Instead at night time and lead my opponent in a pitch black area probably in the forests. Then I would activate the jutsu get his drenched in oil and throw a lighter at him or use a fire release jutsu.

Ways to counter: I can just cover my self with earth technique. I would also use oil because since it a cloud it should be directed away with a strong wind jutsu to blow the cloud away.

Any question: Can this also be used in with a lighting jutsu??

I begin to look into my chakra and focus on it. I turn the chakra into water chakra, Then I perform Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals, A thick black mists begin to show. Then I manipulate the mist to go above head and change the shape into a puffy cloud. I begin to make the cloud move towards a near by tree, I release the oil from the cloud drenching the tree from above.

okay a simple one, it was used by Yamato to provide naruto with water to cut while he was training to learn Rasen-shuriken, now you need to perform the hand seal as usual the main battle advantage is that you can use its water as a source.

Easy one, just create a water clone and then shape manipulate that clone into a pointed projectile to shoot towards the opponent, its a great surprise attack you can use it while your clone is indulged in a tai battle and if you are smart which I think you are you will play a small trick on him which is................. Make a projectile right in front of his eyes while other two a little down wards this will result him in making him concentrate more on the above two, and other two can escape his field of vision if done smartly enough.

Can I channel lighting chakra to the oil cloud, will anything happen.

Combinations-strategies: I would lead my opponent towards mountain type area and try to gain distance from him, I will perform the Jutsu to create a waterfall and hide. When he comes he will not suspect me their and I can do a sneak attack.

Ways to counter: Well first if this is ever used in battle it will be used for the opponent to hide. I would simply blow the water around in directions to see if he is inside, or even better transfer lighting chakra through the water having to force the opponent to come out or else he will shocked.

I run on top of a small mountain/hill. I focus on my chakra and use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. I perform the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram. A spring of water begins to rise, I then manipulate the water current to go down from the mountain to create a waterfall.

Combinations-strategies: Other then the example you gave me, I would do something like this...I would use several smoke bombs to cover the opponents sight, then I would switch myself with the water clone I would make and hide in a far range. While the clone is holding off the opponent when the opponent seems tired or off guard I would release the jutsu.

Ways to counter: I would electrify the ground around him because water conducts electricity it will be easy to notice because the lighting would become stronger, in contact of the the water clone.

I begin to gather and focus on my chakra. I manipulate the nature of the chakra into water and send it towards the river source close to me. I create a water clone. I then manipulate the water clone to turn back into water and turn the water into four pointed projectiles. I Have the projectiles release close to the tree near by me.

No you can't mix lightning chakra in the cloud, though you can use lightning like fire that is to set the opponent on blaze as lightning is also a energy based elemnt, though it is my personal opinion.

Your counter to tendril bullet is bit odd please detail it out.

Remember water clone can only go short range from you so you can't hide far away, basically you need to be short range of clone to use this technique and even for clone to maintain its shape.

On the water tendril counter... What I meant was this, I would send lighting chakra through the ground, Since the clone is water the lighting will be attracted to it and basically ruin the shape of the clone and render it useless.

My Bio has nothing with the Hidden mist village, Sorry :(

Ways to counter: If he comes close I can use earth to block or cover my body which will prevent him from trying to hit me. If that doesn't work and he finds another way then when I am launched into the air, I will use a wind technique to cut the incoming water blade.

Any question: Do you have to have any type of Taijutsu training to perform the jutsu?

I see my opponent ahead of me, In swift movement I rush towards he and deliver a shower of punches and kicks all over his body. I end with a last kick upwards which sends him into the air, I concentrate my chakra and channel it towards my palm. I use nature manipulate to turn the chakra into water, I then swing my arm like a arc releasing the water blade and heading towards the opponent.

Combinations-strategies: When I perform the Jutsu and the opponent is sent in the air, I will jump up and deliver a couple of hits and finish him off with a lethal jutsu...like the chidori for example.

Ways to counter: When I am blown in the sky I will use a wind jutsu to blow myself horizontally back so I can quickly get away from your position.

I focus on my chakra and use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. I send the water chakra to the ground and channel it underneath my opponent. I release the water and have it come up from the ground, Lifting my opponent in the air.

Ways to counter: Why the opponent is molding the water chakra around his arm, I will perform the lighting shield jutsu to cover my body and when he tries to strike me he will most likely shock himself.

I do the hand seal Ram and Mold my chakra around my arm and manipulate the nature into water. I then thrust my right arm towards my opponent and release the water from my arm and form a projectile bullet, pushing him back and hurting him.

It is a technique used by kisame, In this you create water beneath you and travel towards your opponent at great pace, and perform multiple slashes when with in striking range using your sword, although it has 30 damage but you can imagine what will happen if you deliver a sarong slash right on his chest. ;)

A handy technique, now it does require little water source and create shark using it, these shark have the ability to reform once they loose there shape but they are quite small and this also counts as one another move.

( Suiton: Seisuiryū ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

Advantages: Great for transportation quickly around the area, and getting close to a opponent to deliver a damaging slash.

Disadvantages: First thing is you should have a sword present if not then it might not go well. Also if your opponent also quick or has a quick jutsu and is a good close fighter then you might get hurt from his abilities/skills.

Combinations: This is a combo its self right?

Counters: He is standing on water, right ? Can I just send lighting toward the moving water and shock him. Lighting is very fast so it should reach it before he reaches me.

Questions: Does it need a water source?

My description is as if im standing on water
I channel my chakra towards my feet and use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. Since the chakra is infused with water I begin to manipulate the water to move around. I hold out my sword and move with the water with great pace, I get close to my opponent and slash him on the chest.

( Suiton: Amesuikōha ) - Water Release: Rain Water Shark Wave

Advantages: A jutsu that can't be taken out because even if you try to attack it they just reform into smaller sharks and attack the enemy.

Disadvantages: Requires a water source. For the RPing system the second attack counts as another turn which could waste a good turn.

Combinations: Their is not much you can do but I would send the sharks upward into the sky aiming at my opponent, Then from the ground I would throw some kunai's straight at him, Whichever one he decides to counter he will still be hit by at least on of them.

Counters: I can't have them lose their shape but I'm sure I can make them evaporate and that is what I would do, I would set the whole terrain to blaze with a fire technique causing the water sharks to evaporate and lose its strength.

I head towards a small pound and begin to channel my chakra towards my right hand palm. I use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water, Then I slam my hand onto the pound and send water into the air. The shape of the water begin to manipulate into looking like a shark.

Yes he is on water, so your counter is quite valid and interesting, just remember to use a fast initiating lightning jutsu which travels through ground.

No it does not require a water source.

Self explanatory, condense the water around you to create multiple projectiles of water, then release them towards the opponent at great speed and precision, the plus point with this tech is that it is fast in terms of initiation as well as attack speed.

Advantages: Doesn't need a water source. Great for short range battle and can be used to push your opponent back if he is pressuring you.

Disadvantages: Only good for short range battle.

Combinations: I would use the whip to push back my opponent and catch him off guard. Then while he is off guard, I will perform a more deadly jutsu. ( I know it isn't the best combo but their isn't much to do with this jutsu )

Counter: I would send lighting towards the whip since the opponent is holding the whip he will be shocked.

Questions: Can I make the whip longer if I add in more chakra??

I focus on my chakra and use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water. I channel the chakra upwards towards the mouth and cover my mouth with my hand to manipulate the shape of the water to look like a whip. I then release the whip of water out of my mouth.

Advantages: A very fast jutsu, Also doesn't need a water source. Can also shoot water projectiles around by just the movements of their hands.

Disadvantages: Can be blocked by a earth technique easily, Also this technique can be blown out of direction with wind. Lastly it can only go up to short/mid.

Combinations: I would release this jutsu and then perform a lighting style jutsu and direct it towards the ground. Leaving the opponent with no escape route.

Counter: Can be blocked with a earth, Or blow the water out of direction with a wind or cut it with wind.

I begin to focus on my chakra and condense the water in the air. I channel my chakra towards the water vapor and manipulate the shape of the water into multiple projectiles, I am them towards my opponent with amazing speed and accuracy.

I don't think it will be possible for you, mainly because it is short ranged once the whip is in his hand all he needs to do is swing it, where as you will have to mold chakra+ perform hand seal if needed and other such stuff, though nagashi can help you with it as it quite fast.

No, you can't. If it says short then it is short.

Lightning always work with water, I would like you to come up with something unique, like while it approaches him head on I make thunder cloud above him to shock him, or make pillars rise beneath him to impale him and what not, attacks from different places are hard to avoid, the lightning combo are good but in battle you will hardly get the time to initiate them.


I hope, I am clear till now and if yes it is time for applied science before we move onto B rank techniques, so go on and perform a Nice 3 move combo fro me.

The opponent is Mid-range from me, Also I have a water source and the area I'm standing in is a Rocky/Mountain area, Ok?

I get ready to fight my opponent. I see a water source close to me and use it to my advantage. I channel my chakra towards the water and manipulate the nature into water chakra. I release the water upward and begin to thin it out and take the shape of a mist. I have the mist cover the whole terrain including my opponent and I. I send chakra down to my feet to mask my presence.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

From inside the mist, I use the water from the water source and transfer a little portion of my chakra towards it. I do the Tiger hand seal and then from the water source begins to forms a water clone. After my clone is formed I hide behind a mountain. My opponent then release a wind technique to blow the mist away. He notices the clone and begins to dash towards it not knowing it is not really me.

I'm behind a mountain while my opponent slashes my clone, My close disperses and leaves nothing but water. My opponent is confused, This is when I strike the finishing blow. I perform the hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey, Then I focus and concentrate on a major portion of my chakra. I begin to channel the chakra into my right palm and start to hold it with my left arm. I condense the chakra and use nature manipulation to turn the chakra into visible lighting. I hear chirping noises meaning that its ready. I stabilize the chidori and point it towards my opponent standing mid-range. I release a long spear from my chidori. The speed is far to fast to for my opponent to react and he is pierced in the stomach.

Very well written move to begin with, I like the details.

Now moving on to certain part's which I don't find good enough.

It is clear by now that you like hidden mist jutsu xD and that is very good thing and I likes as how you used it, but now comes the problem creating clone good but it is 2 supplementary move in first move and I really don't think any opponent will allow you that much time and freedom but considering some how you pull it off there is still couple of problems, to begin with clones can only go as far as short range from you and not to mention it will take you time to hide behind a mountain until and unless it is right next to you which is not the case in most of the battles.

I would also like to point out that when the opponent uses a wind tech to blow the mist away it also works as an offensive move and will cause you cut's/damage depending on its rank so you will need to counter it, which means you don't get the time to make clone, right?

Now wind techniques are quite fast so time window is also less, which means no time to perform lightning tech.

I will keep doing it until I get it right ! It seems like its the water clone that has the most problems. I will use a earth technique I learned which might help me in some ways. So the only thing I will change is the water clone part.

I get ready to fight my opponent. I see a water source close to me and use it to my advantage. I channel my chakra towards the water and manipulate the nature into water chakra. I release the water upward and begin to thin it out and take the shape of a mist. I have the mist cover the whole terrain including my opponent and I. I send chakra down to my feet to mask my presence

Quickly after the mist sets fast,While the mist is active I dig deep into the ground, he is still unable to detect my present.I dig to get underneath him from the ground. My opponent then tries to blow the mist away with wind but by surprise he doesn't see where I am. I then thrust my hand upwards and grab his ankle, I drag his body down while at the same time I come up. The overall speed of this is done fast so he will not have a chance to perform any jutsu.

I would like to say some stuff here.
I used the hidden mist for a distraction and to dig deep inside the ground and get undetected. Because of this if he was perform a wind to blow away the mist I would not get cut, Also I would be underground which is a place most shinobi wouldn't think to look and also get caught by surprised. Its a swift movement to pull his body down to the ground he would have little time to react. After that I would just perform the chidori and I know how fast the chidori is and its spear. All in all I doubt he would have any time to react for a counter.
