Without water:I begin to focus on my chakra, I begin to again think about water but at the same time i imagine a mist. I use nature transformation to make my chakra specifically into water. I start to think about mists once again and manipulate my chakra in a way for it to be a mist. I take a deep breath and release the mist out of my mouth, It takes a while but it covers the area.
With water source:I focus my chakra again, i notice the water source and begin to manipulate the water. I make the water come up and i imagine once again of a mist. I begin to manipulate the water in way where it begins to get very thin and when the i release the water but instead comes out a mist. The mist covers the area very quickly.

Nice work, Okay remember while using silent killing you will continuously feed your leg's with chakra so that they produce less to no sound.

The wind techniques that you use to blow it away should obviously be Short-Long range and should sweep out large area as well.

No, as mist is all though a bit condensed form of water vapor but it still is not enough to shock your opponent, water vapor is always present in the air around us but are we shocked when there is open wire in our surrounding?

Okay very well done, now moving on to your question.

If it is of earth and is charge with chakra than yes, the sword won't be of much use, but if it is a normal steel katana I will say it will handle a strike or two but opponent can always charge it with raiton chakra to shock you.

Well if you pass some raiton chakra in it you will be able to paralyze your opponent on contact.

Wind will not brake it, wind slices/Cut things not breaks them.

I don't think the sword can be used for any sort of Ken related techniques[it can be used in free-form], I will still confirm it with Nero when I get time so do bug me if I forget.

Very easy and self explanatory technique, right?, In this you basically pass chakra to either of your arm and then use that chakra to create a shield in front of you, this shield id good defense against basic projectile and normal taijutsu attack.

Answer- No you can not because something like that requires training in Yin-Yang that is using different chakra nature simultaneously although you can use that hand to throw kunai, paper bomb etc.

I begin to focus on my chakra. I use nature manipulation to turn it into water chakra. I start to imagine about a thick fog. I take a deep breathe and blow out a very strong and powerful mist. I channel my chakra through the mist and also make sure to transfer more chakra into my legs so I don't make any noise. This fog covers any view and the clone can't hear my steps due to the chakra I channeled to my feet.

It takes a while but the mist finally covers the whole area this gives me a chance to do another jutsu. I focus my chakra once again and channel it through my body. I begin to manipulate the water chakra and creating a shape of a sword. I put more chakra into it and make the sword thinner and more lethal.

The clone does not have a clue where I am and stands in confusion. With my sword i begin to run quickly towards him, (he can't hear me because of the chakra i channeled to my feet) I stab him from behind and damage him badly, this kills with ease and the clone disappears.

As I see the fog surrounding the area, I realize if I stay here in open I will become an easy target so I quickly pass chakra in feet so as to I make no sound while moving and quickly move to long range from your initial position.

I begin to walk around the mist looking for my target. But i notice he isn't anywhere to be found. I notice immediately he escaped the fog so i decided to release the jutsu and the mist fades away. I notice you standing long distance i begin to run towards to get to mid range.
I begin to focus on my chakra and manipulate it into water. I inhale deeply and blow out a burst of water.

You said you canceled your mist technique, but in my opinion you can't just cancels it as it does not feed or need your chakra on continuos basis one created it stays there until blown away, though this my personal opinion.

Any question: Now i was a little confused, the shark frist goes up into the air but then comes back down to the opponent to strike them. I know it might not be a serious matter but how high does the shark actually ascend is it so high that a quick opponent can easily dodge which would be an disadvantage? Or does it not go so high and descends quickly which would be an advantage. In your opinion what do you think it is??

I focus on my chakra, I notice the water source and transfer my chakra towards the water source. I begin to manipulate the water to look like a shark. I manipulate the water shark to rush outwards towards the sky and begin to make it descend down to strike the opponent.

The lightning won't improve it's speed to begin with, You can pass lightning chakra after the shark is formed not before it that is directly into the water source as water sources are quite big and you will need hell lot of chakra and time to do so, which is practically impossible in my opinion, of course if source is small we can consider this situation.

That's a very good question you have put up, now in the game it usually went high enough, for comparison sake it went as high as tree of medium height, In my opinion it descending speed is high but nothing extra ordinary, ascending just give your opponent a slight increase in time window.
