(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
Now this technique is the very basic and the core of water element, It can be used to create small waves, a burst of water and even be used for defense, We can manipulate the pre-existing water or use it without any water source, but remember the water which is left over after the use of this technique can only be used to perform D rank water techniques which require water.
Yes, it will serve the purpose for now, though most water release jutsu are used from mouth.
Moving on.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source
A very good technique for the purpose of surprise attack or retreat from a battle field, the user simply uses some water from his surrounding and make it rise while creating a mist out of it, the wider the water source the faster the mist is created and larger the area it covers in its intial stage, second way is to expel the mist out from your mouth though this method is compartively slower than the first one as it take some time to full cover the terrain.
Now this technique is used best with silent killing [Zabuza'a signature move] It can even prove handy against shringan and Rinnegan user as all the see is a cloud of chakra as the mist is fulled with your chakra.
The downside is that can be easily blown away with the help of an appropriate wind jutsu.
Perform it with both the methods for me.
Strong points
Weak points
- - Insert info - Doesn't need a water source, you can use the water in the air.
- - Insert info - Great for close combat if your opponent is pushing to get into close range, you can use the sword for an advantage especially if the opponent caries no sword.
- - Insert info -
Combinations-strategies: I believe this is another great use where you can use the hidden mist to do a silent kill. Also im guessing since its made of water you can channel some lighting chakra towards the sword giving it more power.
- - Insert info - Useless for long distance fighting.
- - Insert info - This is an assumption so correct me if im wrong. I know that most swords are created with earth material so if this sword ever crosses blade with another sword that is made of earth material it will easily be broken, right??
- - Insert info -
Ways to counter: Just get out of close range, or use an earth technique to block and weaken the sword since its made of water. Also since wind is considered very sharp you can also use a simple wind technique to brake the sword.

Any question: Can this sword be used for any type of kenjutsu attack?
I begin to focus on my chakra. I concentrate and begin to manipulate the chakra into water. I use nature manipulation and the water in the air to begin to form a sword. I begin to to concentrate and think about sharpening it and making it even thinner. I notice the sword is almost complete but still lacking in power. I focus more of my chakra and send it towards the sword. This creates a perfect sharp sword.
