H-how did they even do that, I thought Deva could only use elemental ninjutsu. Rin said as he clapped his hands together and water started to swirl around him. He focused his chakra in an outward direction in order to get the vortex to send out a large wave towards the forrest, which was somehow on fire. The force of the wave managed to knock down a few trees, one of which almost landed on Animal path.

From what I can tell this is a pretty useful jutsu, as it can defend while the vortex is being created, then it can quickly be turned into a giant wave to attack. Rin said as he pretended to not notice the angry and dripping wet Naraka path and Animal path.

*Rin slamed his hands together and concentrated on his chakra. Rin focused on sending his chakra out of his body next. He then moved his chakra at a higher speed around his body, slowly adding more and more water to it, transforming regular chakra into suiton chakra, creating a massive vortex of water. Rin then sent the spinning water in an outward direction aimed at the forrest. After the forrest was put out, Rin created two water clones to go and retrieve the possibly injured and probably burnt Animal Path and Naraka Path.*

That's better. Now i want you to perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and generating rainclouds in moments. Make rain fall from the clouds that should be infused with your chakra which is linked to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Performing the seals again stops the rain. Would you like to play a game? Pick the right door.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Next, perform the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals. Then hold your hands out towards a target close to you while near a source of water. Manipulate the water to engulf your target in a sphere dense enough that your target can't move and will eventually drown. However, to maintain this jutsu one of your hands must be inside of the orb. Alternatively the water may be spit from the mouth instead. Try it on this guy.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

For this jutsu simply channel suiton chakra throughout your body and transform yourself into liquid. In liquid form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't much else until you reform. Try it out, quick.

*Saito listens to Pein speaking to me, then showing me the three doors.*

OH, its on! Saito said as he preformed the hand seals: Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake. He then started to do a rain dance as he started to force his suiton chakra out of his body and into the air. The suiton chakra next started to rise higher into the sky, which created dark rain clouds. Suddenly, drops of rain started to fall from the sky, then more and more until it was pouring. Saito immediately felt the chakra of 6 others. They were from what Saito could see, Deva path who was next to him, and Asura who was with Human and Animal barely visible off in the distance, walking back with what seemed like...coffee... (lol). One of the paths was high in a tree, but Saito couldn't make him out, which left the last path behind the middle door. Saito ran to the middle door and opened it slowly. Preta path was sitting in a chair reading a real estate magazine.

Uh, I did it... Saito said as he eyed the magazine Preta path was reading, while also doing the same hand seals which started the technique in order to stop it.

*Saito listens to Deva path talking to him as he points to Animal path running at him with a kunai. Saito focused his chakra into his mouth changing it to suiton chakra. He then ran at animal path. Saito blocked the slash of animal path's kunai with his sword Derflinger, then spewed the water at her. A big sphere of water formed around animal path as he kept one hand inside of it.*

I caught an....Animal path! Saito said as he lol'd, releasing the jutsu.

*Suddenly a giant crab with the eyes of the Rinnegan was summoned, as was slowly making its way towards him.*

Focus my suiton chakra throughout my whole body. Come on, faster! Saito thought as he sent more of his suiton chakra through his body.

*The giant crab picked up Saito by its claw.*

Shit, I dont think I made it in time!! Saito thought as he prepared for the worst.

*As the craw attempted to snap Satio in half, he merely turned into water and fell to the ground.*

Wait, what? I thought for sure I was a goner. Saito said as he sat up after turning himself back to human/solid form.

Question : I understand this tech can make it so swords and claws and such pass through the user, but what about things like a fire ball, a spike of earth (I guess thats physical but still), or Chidori?

I keep referring to "Rin" as "Saito", so now I'm going to rp as Saito, lol.

As the giant crab is summoned in front of Saito, he starts to evenly distribute his chakra through his entire body, changing it to suiton chakra. His body started to become very wet and it was almost as if he were sweating really hard, except that it wasn't sweat at all, just some of his suiton chakra leaking out from his body, like how sweat forms. Saito knew he had to keep his suiton chakra from seeping out, because that was what was going to be letting his body transform into water temporarily. He kept evenly distributing the chakra, being more careful this time, and the water stopped leaking. The crab picked him up and looked him in the eyes, like how two cowboys look at each other before a duel. A random tumble weed rolled by and a water clone Saito had created earlier pulled out an mp3 player and played some western music

The crab snapped its claw, but Saito simply tuned into water and slipped out from the grasp.

Much better. Now i want you to perform the Dragon and Tiger handseals and release suiton chakra that produces a large amount of levitating water near you. Apply shape manipulation to transform the water into a serpentine dragon directed at your target to attack in a variety of ways such as slamming, constricting, or swallowing him. Try it out.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

Saito does the dragon then tiger hand seals, forcing his suiton chakra out of his body, and into the air. Saito's suiton chakra in the air suddenly started to come together after released. Saito started to imagine a giant dragon, and molding the chakra in the air into the image in his head. He moved the water around for a bit until it looked similar enough to what he was imagining. Saito looks from his newly created dragon to the running Animal and Human paths. He moved the chakra in the dragon forwards, and it moved quickly at the two paths. It constricted Animal path and swallowed Human path in one quick motion.

Oooooo, I like this jutsu. Saito said as he released the jutsu.

Saito then looked at Asura path who was sitting out on a dock peacefully as Deva path told him about the prank they were going to pull on him. Saito snickered and the started to send a large amount of suiton chakra into his right foot. He felt his foot become slightly more heavy could feel the massive amount to chakra in his foot. He slammed his foot on the ground and released it all at once into the earth, which caused the ground to erupt as water shot out of it, directly at Asura, who simply shot a missile at the water and started following Saito.

DAMNIT DEVA, HELP ME! Saito said as he ran away from the missile.

(A few minutes later)

I .... (pant, pant, pant, cough, pant).... I dealt with the missile, somehow. Saito said as he raised a wall of earth to block the view of Deva path from seeing Naraka path being chased by the missile now, and not Saito.

I love change in body stance Saito thought.

After Deva path finished explaining the next technique to Saito, Naraka path smashed through the earth wall made earlier and banged on his chest a few times like a gorilla before leaping at Saito.

Crap! He's mad about the missile!!! Saito thought as he focused a large amount of chakra into his neck, changing it to suiton chakra. He then brought it up to his mouth, and puffed up his cheeks. Saito kept building up his chakra as he sent a quick look to Deva path who was now laughing hard from the situation.

Pfwrtr Still, Pfwrtr Gn! (Water Style Water Gun) Saito said as he opened his mouth and sent all the built up suiton chakra in his mouth and neck at Naraka path, sending him right through the not smashed part of the earth wall.

Great. Now i want you to perform the Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, and Tiger handseals before sending your suiton chakra throughout the ground and extract water from it which rises into the air. You should be able to manipulate the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which makes this a multipurpose technique capable of defense and offense, mainly to surround and drown targets. Keep in mind that this technique won't work in rocky areas. Try it out.

They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Next, enter the lake and focus suiton chakra around your body. Then by releasing chakra from your body you could propel yourself through the water. The suiton chakra should also make you blend in with the water somewhat and become harder to notice. Try not to get caught.

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

Saito after listening to Deva path starts building up his chakra. He does the required hand seals and slowly focuses chakra into his legs, then his feet, then into the ground. He spreads his chakra far and wide underground, seeking out any water "sitting" around. After finding a satisfactory amount, he mixed his chakra with the water, which gave him control over it. He made the water rise from the earth by making his chakra rise as well. The mix of chakra and water took the shape of hundreds of bubbles (are they always bubbles like in the picture, or can it be just regular water floating about?) Saito made a clone and had it throw a kunai and shoot a sphere of water at him to test out the defensive abilities of the water. The kunai was easily defected, and the d rank water technique was dispersed as well. Saito then made the bubbles converge on his clone, and made it "poof".

This technique is actually pretty awesome. Saito said as he released the jutsu.

After Deva path explained the next technique to Saito and told him to try it in the lake, he quickly gave Animal path a little nod, and Animal path nodded back. Animal path then summoned a giant crab in the water quietly without Saito knowing. Saito slipped on a random bathing suit which was sitting by the water's edge, and hopped in. He then focused his suiton chakra to the edges of his entire body, but more in his legs and feet than anywhere else. He released a little bit of his chakra into the surrounding water, and made a little kick, which sent him at least 10x the distance it normally would have and at least 10x as fast.

Woah, thats fast. Saito thought as he turned his body to swim back to shore when he came face to face with a giant crab.

My life is always in danger here. Saito thought as he spun back around and propelled himself through the water, waited for the crab to catch up, then juked him hardcore like Michael Jordan. He then swam back to shore and yelled at Animal path. He changed into his normal clothes and walked back to Deva path with a death stare @________@

After a short break from training (after Saito had yelled at Animal path and gave Deva path a death stare), they tried to make him forgive them by baking him a cake. A cake which was now on fire.

Deva path explained the situation and claimed that it was all part of his training and NOT a failed attempt to bake something which worked out anyway because it allowed a way to use the next jutsu Saito was to learn.

After Deva path explained the technique, Saito faced the cake and let out a roar of fury:

THATS MY CAKE YOU DAMN FIRE!!!! DEATH BY FIREEEE!! .... Wait, DEATH BY WATERRRR!!! Saito screamed as he focused his suiton chakra into both of his hands and let it flow out of his body, creating two jets of water to fly out at the cake, successfully putting out most of the fire, but mangling the cake in the process.

Now for the finishing blow!!!! Saito yelled as he ran at the cake and the last remaining flame. He stomped the flame, crushing the remaining part of the cake.

Moments later Saito felt his foot begin to feel really hot. He looked down and saw a huge fire on his shoe.

AHHHHHH! IT BUUUURNSSS! Saito yelled as he attempted to put out the fire, completely forgetting that he could have literally used one of the many water techniques he was learning or that he could have just jumped into the lake.

After a few minutes of struggling with the fire, Saito turned back to speak to all the 6 paths who were watching that whole "fight".

I totally won that duel. Saito said.

Saito focuses his suiton chakra into the lake in front of him, mixing it with the raw water. He did the hand seals: Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger and then made the suiton chakra which was mixed with the water in the lake swirl, and he also made it rise up out of the water, casting a menacing shadow over Naraka, Animal, and Human path in their boat. Saito then made the water swirl even faster and had it speed upwards and forwards, then quickly slamming down on the boat, sending the paths flying like how a bowling ball hits pins.

What a strike! Saito said.

Saito listened to Deva path explain the next technique as the three paths that were knocked off the boat attempted to swim to shore. Saito faced the lake and focused his suiton chakra into the raw water again, this time swirling it much faster and in a larger area. He continued to speed up the water until the paths had no way to fight the current, and it sucked them into the whirlpool, spinning them around and around. Saito released the technique and laughed, turning his back to the lake. The next second the 3 paths had surrounded him and were cracking their necks, knuckles, etc. They slowly stepped closer and closer to Saito.

...No! Pls, I fan!! Saito said right before he was attacked.

Excellent. Now perform the Ram, Snake, and Tiger handseals before releasing suiton chakra from your body into the sky above your target. Then convert the chakra into flammable oil, not water, in mist form. Finally, disperse it, causing oil to fall like rain and cover the area below. Find a Pein or two to try it on. Burn them for their crimes against fashion!

Next, perform the Boar, Dog, and Ram handseals. Then simply produce a large amount of water from a certain area of the ground. You should then direct the flow of the water where you want it to go while controlling the extent at which the water spreads. Fill up this pool for me.

On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Now i want you to create a water clone before turning it back into water and manipulating the water into the form of four pointed projectiles that you shoot towards you target. Poke holes in someone.

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets

Saito focuses his suiton chakra into the air, making several dark clouds appear high in the sky. Saito then did the Ram, Snake, and Tiger hand seals, converting the water in the dark clouds into pure oil. Saito then released the oil onto Naraka path and threw a lighter at his feet.
Sorreh! Saito said to Naraka as he ran to the pond.

Saito listens as Deva path explains the next technique to him, then points to a pool which he wants Saito to fill. Satio does the Ram, Snake, and Tiger hand seals and focuses his suiton chakra onto the top of a cliff which was above the pool, making water rise and then fall off the cliff into the pool, filling it up.

Saito creates a water clone then takes control over the water which makes up its body, turning it back to floating water which Saito controlled and made into 4 spears by using shape transformation. He then sends the 4 spears at Naraka path, who had just gotten out of the pond.

Alright. Now strike your target with a combination of punches and kicks, resulting in your target being lifted into the air. Afterwards gather water chakra in your hand and swing it towards your target, releasing the chakra as a crescent shaped blade of water slashing him. Find a Pein/punching bag to try it on.

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Next, simply create water beneath your target that surges upwards and lifts him into the air, making him more vulnerable to additional attacks. Try it out.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

Saito listens as Deva path explains the next 3 techniques to him. He looks around and sees Human path staring at him and Human path's eyes widen right before he turned his back to run, as he knew he would be punished if he actually fought back. Saito ran up to Human path, then made a series of punches and kicks which resulted in Human path being flung into the air. Now for the finishing touch. Saito said as he focused suiton chakra into his palm. He moved his arm in an arc, which released an arc of water which slammed into Human path, sending him flying.

Saito next did the ram hand seal, then focused his suiton chakra into the ground, streaming it to the spot where Human path would land. As Human path was about to hit the ground, Saito made the water pillar rise out of the ground by streaming the suiton chakra which was in the ground upwards, which sent him flying back at Saito. Saito did the water palm blade technique and the water pillar thrust technique a few more times, ping-ponging Human path back and forth.

After Saito stopped using those 2 techniques, Human path decided to fight back. He took out a huge sword and ran at Saito. Saito simply made the rat hand seal and focused his suiton chakra into his right arm, quickly releasing it into the air, forming a layer of water around it. Saito sent the suiton chakra forwards, releasing a very quick shot of water at Human path.

 

[Ushiro]

Ok. Now i want you to produce a small body of water rushing toward your target with you riding on top. Once you reach your target, slash him several times with a sword. If you just want to get from A to B, just enjoy the ride and stop the technique short. There's your target.

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Next, simply put your hand to your mouth and release water into your hand forming a whip and lashing your target with more force than an actual one. However it's range is limited. Punish this guy.

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Deva path explains the next technique to Saito as he tries to interrupt him to tell him that Human path was flicking a lighter really forcefully, swinging her (or his, not sure which animal path is in your bio) arms around over a random wooden floor, but Deva path continues to speak.

*Saito grabs Deva's shoulders and spins him around to show him Animal path dancing around a burning floor after he had finished explaining. Deva didn't say a word, he just pointed at Animal path in response.*

Saito focused his suiton chakra into his feet and the ground around him. He released it all at once, causing a large amount of water to appear at his feet. Saito then slowly pulled Derflinger out from his sheath from his back and held it with his right hand, pointing it at Animal path.

Here I come! Saito said as the water at his feet suddenly started rumbling and flying everywhere, like how it looks with a motor underwater. Saito slashed Animal path across the chest from right to left, then from down up, sending Animal path flying a few feet in the air.

Saito listened as Deva explained the next technique after that, when Deva spotted Animal path with a plane ticket to Suna and some packed bags. He pointed at her without her seeing, and Saito turned around.

Saito focused his suiton chakra in his mouth, then brought his right hand up to his mouth, grabbing hold of a handle. He swung his arm outwards right, pulling out a whole whip. Saito made several fancy arm movements, sending the whip at Animal path, which smacked her in the back, ripping her plane ticket in the process.

Superb. With this set we start the b-ranks! For the last c-rank i want you to focus suiton chakra into the air above you and condense the water vapor, converting it from gas to liquid. Then form several water projectiles and shoot them at your target. The projectiles should be launched with great speed so they can deal a good amount of physical damage. Blast some Peins around here. After that gather suiton chakra in your hand and wave it, releasing the chakra as several small water projectiles to blast them some more. It's a variation of the same jutsu.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

Next, perform the Boar, Dog, and Ram handseals and gather suiton chakra in your palm, producing a vortex of water in your hand. Launch it at your target and makethe water expand to form a spiraling wall of water capable of blocking attacks and dealing damage. Block this one. Katon: Zukokku!

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Perform these handseals and send suiton chakra into a water source. Then manipulate a large amount of water into the shape of a dragon before launching it at your target with devastating force. As you become more skilled with water release, the amount of water and handseals needed for this jutsu will become less and its power varies as well. Take these guys out.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
