Saito listened to Penguin as he applauded his deduction about the previous jutsu. He then turned when Penguin made a hand seal, signaling that the chalkboard probably changed again, and it did. On it was written a new jutsu. Saito walked over to the chalkboard and scanned it up and down, memorizing its hand seal and effects. Saito focused a large amount of chakra in his mouth, then by using nature transformation made the chakra take on the element of water. He brought his hands together and did the snake hand seal as he turned around towards Penguin. Saito opened his mouth, releasing the largest wave he had ever seen.
Oh right, I can ride the wave. Saito said to himself as he hopped into it. He was forced to the top of the water, quickly moving to the front of the wave. He took Derflinger off his back and held it in his right hand in hopes to slash Penguin as he rode the wave towards him. When he got within range of Penguin, the water slammed into him and he swung at him across his chest.
_______
(Ignore the attempt to kill you if you just wanted me to use the jutsu)
_______
I like this technique as it creates a huge wave which has high destructive power with a single hand seal. I also have the option to ride this wave towards the opponent and use another jutsu or use kenjutsu or some sort of attack. I can use other jutsu or other attacks which require chakra after I use this attack because I am not sending out a continuous stream of water, but just a quick one in the beginning. That means that this jutsu is perfect for combination attacks even when the user isn't fighting with someone against others, which is where the most effective combinations can be pulled off usually. I like it for all of those reasons.
