*performs the Snake hand seal*
While doing the hand seal, he starts gathering Water Relerase chakra in his abdomen. After a really short time, he has enough of it ready and starts tranferring it towards his mouth. When the chakra gets completely out of his mouth, he uses nature manipulation to make actual water out of it. He swiftly takes control over the water and direct it towards the ground by using shape manipulation. He continues to use it and expel enormous amounts of water and considering the quintity and his precise control, water starts lifting him up in the air. As it's lifting him un in the air, giant waves appear and they starts going away from all sides of him in a cercular manner. That causes a great flood that comes down onto the clone drowns it and leaves a fairly large water surface after it. This technique is great for creating yourself a water sourse and at the same time both partially attacking the target with the waves and protecting yourself by being lifted to the air.

*gets to the water source he's previously created for himself*
He starts by channeling Water Release chakra in the center of his body. Once he has channeled enough chakra for this B-ranked jutsu, he starts to channel it all over his body but most of the chakra he channel towards the fingers on his right hand. He divisons the chakra in all five fingers equaly, concentrating chakra exactly at top of them. He thinks about the sharks he's about to create, he pictures every single part of their body. When he has a clear image, he touches the water surface releasing beforly gathered chakra. He keeps the chakra separated into five pieces and by using shape manipulation, he makes his thought into reality and starts forming the sharks. When the sharkas are fully created, he lets them go towards the sempai's clone that has just fell into the water. The sharks make the clone vanishes without any problems. This is a very good technique and also strong and resistant but the great disadvantages would be that the sharks need to be in water to move and exist and also that when the user loses the touch with a water source, the sharks disappear.

*performes the Dog hand seal*
As he performs that one required hand seal, he starts to collect chakra in his abdomen and mold it to become Water Release chakra. As he feels that he has gathered and molded enough chakra for this technique to be successfully perfomed, he starts to channel it all over his body. Once channeled equily all over his body, he starts to release it into the the sky while using nature as well as shape manipulation and creating a storm cloud. Once cloud is created, he once again starts to manipulate it and controls it making it raining from the cloud and creating a heavy downpour of rain. Water slowly yet smothly starts to accumalte creating a large wave that carries on a clone that sempai has created. If it was a real human being, and he/she would remain trapped in the water, his/her chakra would get drained away. This is a really slow technique, you need a great amount of time to create the cloud and the rain form it and it also passes a lot of time until it takes serious effect.

It seems as if you have the last 4 techs of water release B-Ranks so we will knock em out now.

( Suiton: SuishinshΕ« ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Okay the user will send suiton chakra into their sword and jump into the air and when reaching the ground stab it in the ground causing a water pillar to rise up right under the opponent, this will send the opponent high into the air while pushing them back. Now Its a tough tech to decide to use, you will have to jump into the air first leaving you vulnerable to attacks, I recommend that to use this technique if you were on top of a summon and jump down a large summon and then use the technique. This way your less vulnerable and less prone to attack. Now when the pillars sets a gush of water will appear first then launch the opponent. Now when they are in the air you are left to continue quickly to another attack giving you full freedom. You will have to stab the sword though short range of the opponent in the ground so he/she will most likely have visual contact on you. This can have them anticipate your move, be weary.

( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.

Very simple the user will send a torrent of water from their hands towards the opponent short range from them. Now this is a great close combat attack I recommend it highly when you get in a position to a taijutsu fighter who is giving you a hard time. Its very fast to create no hand seals whatsoever, its simple as you can tell from the description. Nothing much more to add on here.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

The user will create a orb of water acting as a miniature water source, because when the orb is created the user will manipulate it once again to form multiple spears of streaming water (4-6 seen in the game) which are used to attack the opponent with a barrage of this spears to impale the opponent. This is actually a fast moving technique and fast to perform, I recommend using it when you get close range of the opponent. The speed of them spears would be to fast for the opponent to react to them all at once. You must keep concentration though to send the streams, so if you want to send another jutsu you must release this one. Its not a projectile based technique. Its flexible nature allows the streams to be sent at any direction or area of the body, making it hard on the opponent.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This is similar another great short range technique, which can still be used from mid. Now with simple hand movements the user will create water shaped crescents in a very fast motion. Another technique where you can attack any area you want by a simple hand wave, it acts to impale the opponent and the water crescents move fast. Must keep concentration for them though. A great add in is you can move around and twirl while still generating the crescents, so you can in short evade or block while still sending the multiple crescents hitting the opponent.

Strong points:

  • It doesn't require any hand seals and water source.
  • The technique can be done pretty fast if used smartly and thus it's not that easy to avoid it. Again, if used intelligently.
  • If you succeed to surprise the opponent and get him/her into air, you have big chances of giving him/her severe damage.
Weak points:

  • The user has to jump into the air at first, which leaves him/her very vunerable.
  • The range of the technique is short, which means that the user needs to be very close to the target to use it, double vunerable
  • The user has to both use a sword and actually stab it into the ground, which limits the usement very much.
Combinations-strategies: I'm not fond of this technique, because of all the disadvantages that are unlickily greater than advantages. But there would be a smart way to use it; while fightning a Taijutsu and/or Kenjutsu users. (It can be done against all fighters but I'm mentioning Taijutsu and Kenjutsu users because they are the ones that will try hard to make you fight in close range). So, I think it would be good to fake a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu attack and jump into the air like you're going after the opponent. That can be done both when the fight is already lasting for a longer time, or you rushing like crazy towards the opponent and then jumping like you're going to attack. But, you don't really attack but you fall in front of your target and swiftly use this technique. The opponent will prepare for a real attack and probably won't expect this. When you have him in mid-air, checkmate.

Ways to counter this technique: There are really many ways of stopping the opponent while he/she is vunerable in the air; both straigtforwardsa attacks, projectiles, etc. But I have something that seems interesting to me. When the user is in the air and is trying to pierce the sword through the ground, I could surprise him/her with Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment. That is a really trick way and when the opponent would fall onto the ground he would immediately get trapped, without even getting the chance to use the technique.

Questions: N/A

Strong points:

  • No hand seals and no water source required.
  • Those two make the technique really fast and the user can release it literally in a split of a second.
  • Even though the technique is straightforwards, that is not a great disadvantage because of the short-range, so it makes almost no difference.
Weak points:

  • The technique's range is short.
  • Technique is straightforward.
Combinations-strategies This reminds me of Water Style: Destruction Torrent. But those technique are perfectly balanced. Destruction Torrent needs hand seals, but can go up to medium-range. And this technique I'm learning is short-range without hand seals. Both technique are really good and I would definitely use this in battle. In an exact way that you've said, in close-range, mostly while fighting a Taijutsu users. They're not many techniques like that, that can be fast enough to be used like that. No philosophy here, and I wouldn't combine it with anything. This is a bombastic technique that is used in a split of a second.

Ways to counter this technique: Against this, the user needs something that can be done extremely quickly; has no hand seals and can be release swiftly. Wind technique have most of those and I like to defend with wind against water. I could use Wind Style: Hurricane Fist if I manage to react quick enough and i think I would definitely manage to do it. Taijustu masters or Swift users would have no problem in avoiding this, of course.

Questions: N/A

Strong points:

  • Doesn't require any hand seals and creates the water source for itself.
  • The spearing streams can attack the target in various directions.
  • Can be performed really quickly and contrary to last technique, it's not straightforward and can even go up to medium-range.
Weak points:

  • While this technique is being performed, the user must keep on focusing his chakra on the orb, unabling him to mold other types of chakra, perform other technique.
  • Could leave him exposed if the opponent performs something really wuick, and the user doesn't get the chance to properly defend.
Combinations-strategies: I love this technique and I think it's very useful because of great advantages and disadvantages that aren't really that repelling. The speed of the technique is good enough to overhelm the disadvantages of not being able to use the another technique why you're wielding the streams. I would use the streams to attack my opponent from numerous sides and that would make it harder for him/her to properly defend. Also, I think that another usage of this technique would be against clones. As well as defending from multiple prijectiles because the streams are pretty agile. I could easily defeat 4-6 clones and weaker weapons because of the ability to attack from different sides. Good for short-range.

Ways to counter this technique: Considering that this technique is shooting multiple smaller water streams at you and also at high speed, you need something that can be done really fast. I've choseearth for this one. Now, there are always solutions of creating like a big wall to defend from all of the streams at once. But most of techniques that work like that, need a lot of time to be created. So, I could use Earth Release: Multiple Mudshot Technique to defeat all stream one by one, but also very quickly. The mudshots are stronger than the streams and can also be shot swiftly enough, even though the streams are shot at the same time and mudshots are one by one.

Questions: N/A

Strong points:

  • Doesn't require a water source, hand seals and can be done really quickly.
  • It's not hard to wield the blades in any way the user's hand moves.
  • The user can twirl around and attack from all sides of himself/herself.
Weak points:

  • The user must keep the crescent-shaped water blades percisely concentrated.
Combinations-strategies: We have a third in row technique that is really good. Again, the whip that's created is very agile and when looking roughly, it's almost the same as the previous technique. You cannot attack the target from numerous sides of course, but again you can defeat more clones and more weapons by wielding the whip. This also makes it good enough to be used as defence. Because the movement of the whip can stop many projectiles; here even mor ethan 6. I'm saying whip because when you move around those accumulated water crescent really do look like a big whip. Another great think about this is that you can even twirl around yoursels and attack/defend from all sides and not many techniques can do that. Excellent in short-range because it's done pretty rapidly.

Ways to counter this technique: I've again decided to use a nice, powerful and fast Wind Release technique that would crash into the water "whip", and that is Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm . That technique is both big enough and rapid enough to successfully stop the attack of the crescent water.

As expected very good, I like it.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Style: Giant Water Vortex Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Ram β†’ Boar β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Bird, extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.
Note: Technique Requires a water source.

Another very long hand seal set jutsu but it is a great jutsu I recommend it. After performing the hand seals the user will manipulate water in the nearest water source to rise and then release it towards the opponent as a powerful wave of water. The sheer power can push an opponent back serious meters as well as catch him in the water, since it moves so fast the opponent will barely be able to move let alone use a jutsu while being washed away. It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water. Covers a very wide and long range as well.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

This is very similar to the other jutsu we learned. The user though will not need any hand seals making it much faster to perform and easier. The user will manipulate a water source to rise a huge wave which is so powerful it can push back the the 8-Tailed Beast. Its very convenient and can cause massive damage to terrain and flood the area.

Perform the technique: *gets close to the nearby lake and starts concentrating*
He carefully does the needed Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Ram β†’ Boar β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Bird hand seals and starts channeling Water Release chakra in the center of his body. When he finish the hand seals, he finishes with collecting chakra as well. It takes him a fairly long time because there are a lot of hand seals required and he's doing them for the first time. Now, he starts releasing chakra out of his body and movec it towards the water source. When chakra gets into the water he mixes it with it very well and sorts it the way he wants. He sees that the sempai's clone has starts going towards him and he smiles because he knows how strong the technique he'll perform will be. He uses shape manipulation and makes the water rise several meters into the air. He does that by simbolically raising his hands and when the water is high neough, he rapidly brings them down and causes the water to strike down onto the clone. It doesn't only causes the clone to dissapear like it has never even existed, but it makes a giant fload that literally causes a natural disaster by destroying everything.

Creative uses/strengths: This is an extremely strong technique that is seriously like a real tsunadi that can destroy many lives. It is very fast and once that the opponent gets affected by it, it's very hard to do anything while the water is 'having fun with you'. It can also cover the whole battlefield. It requires a massive amount of chakra to be performed, in theory. But in our RP-er, it's an A-ranked tecnique that's by chakra points and damage equal to all of them. This technique almost has no creative uses. I mean, it's made to destroy, destory and destroy, not to use it in a smart way. That's why I mostly wouldn't use this technique. Any technique to give you time to gather chakra and do the hand seals is good, though.

Drawbacks/counters: Now, this technique is very tricky to use. Just nature making its balance, like always. This technique has a massive amount of hand seals, which is the only notable advantage but is huge. If one doesn't have water speciality, he probably won't get the chance to use it in this universe. But, I'm planning tu put water as speciality, so we're all good. But again, implaying that spaming this technique is not very creative. To defend from this technique I could for example use Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique or Earth Release Armor to protect myself from the rushes of water.

Perform the technique: *stands on the nearby water source*
He starts gathering Water Release chakra in both of his feet. He choses feet because they're the closest to the water source, but in general, that isn't important. He finishes in a short amount of time and starts moving the chakra into the water. H emikex it with water and puts it the way he wants, favourable for creating charks. He uses shape manipulation and starts creating a shark. He is done quickly because it's only a simple shark with any specificity. He countinues to make three more. He sees that the opponent has started running towards him on the water source and when he releases the sharks and controls them to pierce and race through water, going towards the clone. When the vlone get fairly close to him, he makes all of the shark come out of the water and hit the clone at the same time and knock it high into the air. It immediately, but if it was a real person, he/she would be seriously injured.

Creative uses/strengths: This is not a bad technique and neither it is especially good. Good things are that you can relatively surprise your opponent because the sharks are created under water and some shinobis might not notice them and then it is really hard to defend from them once they fly out of the water. Also, their strength is great and can seriously damage a human being. It doesn't require any hand seals which goes with the 'not easy to notice' advantage. I can imagine myself doing this so that it looks like I'm not doing anything, only standing and being bored and secretly creating the shakrs. So that when the oppoennt comes at me thinking i'm vunerable, I let the sharks yout. Who let the sharks out?

Drawbacks/counters: Why this technique isn't really great... While your sharks are in the game, you're unable to perform another technique and seriously defend because if you try to do something, you can lose control over the sharks. Another disadvantage is that the opponent needs ot be standing on water and that the technique itselfs requires a water source. Also, the shakrs can only travel up to short-rangew, which is only few meters away from you and makes it harder for you do plan an attack and succesfully do it. I doubt that I'll get tricked by that and considering the range of sharks is short, I don't have to worry much. But if something wqould happen and sharks would come at me, I would use something like Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere or another wind technique that comes in small peaces in different directions to destory the sharks.

Perform the technique: *stands near that same famous lake once more*
He starts collecting his Water Release in his abdomen. He's done pretty much quickly because he doens't need to perform any hand seals. Now, he starts moving the chakra from his body towards the water source. He remembers how he did it in the first technique and he repeatd the same process, only a bit faster because now he has some more experience. Once that the chakra is fully under water and is exactly in placed that he wants, he uses shape manipulation and contorls the water to start raising. In the meantime, he's seen that the sempai's clone has thrown a few shuriken at him. He raises the water like a wall in front of himself and protects himself from the shuriken. But he doesn't finish. He now lets the water wall down like a giant wave and destroy both the clone and the surrroundings.

Creative uses/strengths: This is very similar to Water Style: Giant Water Vortex Technique, only that it's significantly better. It again creates a wave that will rise and crush the opponent and flood and destroy the whole battle field. Only this time, it can be done much, much faster. This technique doesn't require any hand seals which is really amazing. Also, the wall that is created before using the technique's original purpose to damage, and we've seen that it can even push away someone as big as Gyuki, the wall can be used as a defence. A really good defence. Defense is the most creative use of this. You can for example defend from a technique of s certain rank and then the wave will be a bit weeker, but still strong and will still have some flood; depending of the rank and elemental relations of the technique you were attacked with.

Drawbacks/counters: The biggest disadvantage here is of course the required water source that limits more than half of Water Release techniques. But if you have a water source, your opponent will have a hard time defending from it. But then again, this is the easiest solution to many problems and why not go the hard way? For this technique, there are same counters as for the first one. I could name for both of the going undergroud. But that's a very mainstream solution (to use something like Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique) and also dangerous.

xd I love it really. We will do one at a time for now.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

Perform the technique: *makes Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger hand seals*
He starts gathering Water Release chakra in his abdomen. When he finishes doing the hand seals, he also finishes with gathering chakra. He notices that the sempais' clone has just thrown kunais at him. He swiftly starts moving the chakra towards his gullet and beyond. When the chakra starts getting out of his mouth, he starts using nature manipulation and making it into an actual water. He doesn't let the water move freely and he uses shape manipulation to start forming the water to make a cicrle around him. A cicrle is even higher that him (a few meters) and is also very dense. But even though the water is dance which makes is good for defending from solid objects, the user can still see trhough it. He successfullly defends against the kunais and also notices that the clone has started running towards him and has come really close. But, he prepares a shuriken and grabs it with his left hand. As soon as he releases the water, he throws the shuriken at a clone and due to it being stunned, he kills it.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is really great and it's been used in Narutoverse any times by multiple users and has almost always been proved as effective. There aren't many defensice water techniques, especially not this good. Namely, this technique doesn't require a water source and can be used by being expelled form teh user's mouth. But the user can also make it out of a water source if that's what it fits him/her. It can be used to protect yourself from even all sides and then still have a good vision of the whole field. That is extremely rare and is a giant plus. I would use this technique by realizing it's final advantage - ability to be used offensively. I could, for example, if the user would come close to me, use the wall to defend myself from it and then send lightning chakra to it, to make some real damage. Similar to what Darui did.

Drawbacks/counters: The only major disadvantage of this technique is that it needs five hand seals, which can really slow it down if you don't have water speciality and thus reduce its effectiveness. There's also that it's short-range but that's okay because it really suits to it's usements. This technique is massively used in our RP and I would try not to use it too much. But in some situations, it's really both necesarry and can be used well. Considering this is a defensive technique, I usually wouldn't have to do anything. But I could for examle attack with fire and make my opponent deffend against it with this technique and then I could use Earth Release: Mudslide Technique, or something with mud (a simple Earth Release: Multiple Mudshot Technique would do) to take that wall into my advantage.

The water does not cover the ground below the opponent, think about using that ;)

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

A multiple performance jutsu. The user will create a water pool under the opponent and launch them in the air, at the same time they are launched the user will also jump and appear from behind generating a large amount of water around his arm and strike the opponent. Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.
