One/three advantages and disadvantages:
- 1. Advantage: It has both long range and no water source required and those combined are prett rare.
- 2. Disadvantage: It requires too many hand seals.
- 3. Disadvantage/advantage: The technique itself doesn't do much damage but has other usefull uses
How you would use it in battle: I think that the technique itself is still pretty useful even with no actual damaging. We've seen that this technique can defeat clones and once that the snake goes after the opponent and soaks im into the water, he/she is really in a dangerous position becaus ehe's exposed to water attacks, can't move properly and is very exposable to the first possible combination with
Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder that can fairly electricute a living being when being in contact with water. Another combination is with
Earth Release: Mud Spore and those two together make a rather dangerous attack. Also this technique is perfect for creating yourself a water source. Definitely a wanna-use with Water Relese speciality.
How you would counter it: This is not hard to counter, especially if y opponent needs to us ethe all six hand seals.
Earth Release: Earth Style Wall Jutsu is B-ranked earth technique that could stop both the water alone by me jumping on it, stop the echanted version with Earth Release also be able to stop the water combined with lightning. Pretty mainstream but good enough for this.

- 1. Advantage: Doesn't require any hand seals, makes it's own water source and can go up to mid-range.
- 2. Advantage: The user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water to keep the opponent trapped.
- 3. Advantage: The appearance of the water beneath you and the creation of the water sphere all happen really fast whihc makes it hart to counter.
How you would use it in battle: This is a great technique and I can see why it's been used as much. It has no big disadvantages and I could quickly put my opponent into a sphere of heavy water and make him/her unable to move and breate on a much easier way than with
Water Prison Technique. And then I can attack at free will and even if the opponent manages ot get out of the sphere, it will still most likely be too late. This is only fairly easy stoppable only when the sphere is still in the making.
How you would counter it: That technique is great, there's no doubt. But there's actually a pretty simple counter, a little trick that's available to every user with a katana in his/her hand,
Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation. A great defence that would make this technique useless within seconds, leaving me with a nice water sourse that can be immediately used to attack my opponent. The other possibility is an earth defence, such as
Earth Release: Stone Spikes to break through the water but not by spiking me on them but they appear next to me, each on one side. I'm leaning towards the Kenjutsu move, though.

- 2. Advantage: When the water is summoned very high above the opponent's head, it's rushing towards it can be very strong and can numb the target.
- 3. Advantage: The user has excellent control over the followed movement of the water, being able to pervent it to flow where he/she stands
How you would use it in battle: This is an another great anime only character Fuka's technique, very similar to her
Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth, only much, much better. This is like one of the best Water Release techniques ever, defeating all major disadvantages that most water techniques have. This is definitely the technique I would use to create myself a water source and still attack the opponent and it's clone. The water falling above the opponents head is a great distractrion and leaves the user a nice opening to attack while he/she tries to dogde the waterfall. Could also be combined with the two techniques I've said for snake mouth.
How you would counter it: I've been seaking for a solution in Earth Release but I couldn't find a technique that would work for me by protecting me from the above, neither have I found solution in Wind Release not a proper Fire Release technique that could safely avaporate the water because it appears above my head. I've decided to use Water Release, more percisely
Water Style: Water Bullet, the B-ranked version to protect myself by shooting it exactly above my head before the waterfall gets to me. It's no need, though becaus the technique itself isn't as deadly and if it would fall from great hight, I would manage to dodge the main stike. After that, it's only a weak water stream, much like snake mouth and same counters work.
