Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.
After slamming your hands to the ground you will create a massive amount of water in the sky above your target which you can use as a water source or crush your opponent. If needed you can stop the usage of the tech in an instant. For the technique to actually hurt your opponent it needs to be summoned 10m above the opponent.

Upon entering a water source release small amounts of chakra from your body which you use to camouflage yourself for a short amount of time. Drawback is that you still have to breathe underwater and that sensory and dojutsu can easily see you.
