I can tell Ay didn't use shushin because there no signs whatsoever in the sequence of events from the last pg of ch. 463 to pg 1-2 of 464. Ay simply hit Sasuke, Sasuke fell down, Ay simply jumped up (no shushin) and tried to kick Sasuke down.

Naruto gaining chakra leak is and benefit is actually confirmed to enhance and augment him as does the cloak. Itachi's eyes EMS restored his light that's all.
