Sauske MS wasn't all that , he got solo by every kage :

Raikage : Broke his half susano & was fast to avoid amaterasu .

Mei : Melted his susano , burned him.

Onoki: disintegrated Sauske .

SM Naruto is fast enough to counter amaterasu , strong enough to break him & what people seem to forget is that MS Sauske looses stamina quickly(coughing blood etc) , something that Naruto doesn't .

And who better to say Naruto was probably stronger than Sauske atm an expert sharingan user like Obito & still right now Sauske is inferior to Naruto until we see what he is capable of on his own .

The best part is that if Sasuke needs to get some more chakra swords he has to use more chakra to get it, while Naruto just has 9 tails there in his back without needing to use chakra to get them or use them. Kishimoto said that Naruto and Sasuke would always progress together. He mentioned that for Shippuden.
Which means that they were almost always the same during Shippuden. It was actually Naruto's choice that he wouldn't use Kyuubi's chakra. It was something he trained for and never used before he did it in one go.

And EMS Sasuke > KM Naruto = SM Naruto
SM and KM Naruto are both extremely powerful, but both have different strengths.
MS Sasuke is actually equal to both of those. Don't forget that his use of the sharingan is limited there.

Yes, Pain was stronger than SM Naruto.
I honestly think Naruto and Sasuke are only NOW at Nagato's level.

I think Nagato > Hanzou > prime Hiruzen.
